The level of service is not up to par for an all-inclusive family resort. The staff is unfriendly about 90% of them and they do not make you feel like you on vacation. We tried our best to enjoy as much as... we can, when you see Grumpy faces all around you all the time it's hard to enjoy yourself

We recently hosted our daughter’s wedding at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall in Montego Bay for over 90 guests, and the experience was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional ser...vice, warm Caribbean hospitality, and attention to detail that far exceeded our expectations. The wedding coordination was superb — every detail was executed flawlessly, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that our daughter’s special day was magical. From décor to timing to the flow of the entire celebration, the Hyatt team handled everything with professionalism and grace. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about the hotel, the food, and the amenities. Special mention must go to the Choicez Restaurant and the Jerk Hut Grill — the flavors were authentic, fresh, and a true culinary celebration of Caribbean culture. Every day featured a different variety of dishes, which was a breath of fresh air for our family of Caribbean descent. While the property is currently undergoing renovations and some rooms were a bit more dated than others, this in no way took away from the experience. The rooms were clean, the hotel grounds beautifully maintained, and the service — absolutely impeccable. What stood out the most was the staff. Every team member we encountered greeted us with genuine smiles, professionalism, and that signature “Hyatt warmth.” It’s rare to feel such consistency in service across an entire resort, and we appreciated each and every moment. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall provided the perfect setting for one of the most important milestones in our family’s life. We are deeply grateful and would highly recommend this resort to anyone planning a destination wedding or simply looking for an exceptional Caribbean getaway.

The bed and pillows in my room were fine. I have no complaints I enjoyed sleeping in and I like sitting on the patio taking in the atmosphere. I wish my phone was closer to my bed. The phone was on the tab...le beneath the bed. This meant that I had to get up out of my warm cozy bed to answer the phone.

A fantastic family destination. This hotel offers everything. From the moment we arrived you will be greeted by a friendly team. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. Entertainment is fantastic with ...great shows and a broad scope. Pools and surrounding areas are kept immaculate as are the rooms and corridors. Lots you keep you entertained throughout the day and evening. Have to come back to the staff. They made this holiday and couldn’t thank them enough. Plenty of free water bottles everywhere and the food…. We’ll be prepared to put on a few pounds! It’s amazing so much choice it’s unreal. A true 5* experience. Negatives. Could do with coffee machine pool bar. Let me think of another negative….. oh it’s a 9 hr flight away otherwise we would be there more often than once a year. Thank you Hyatt Jamaica

I am a wedding planner and recently planned a wedding at Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Throughout the planning, Natresha the on site wedding coordinator that we were working with was incredibly helpful. She was v...ery quick with email communication and a complete joy to plan with. Once arriving to Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall, she greeted us with a warm welcome. She created a Whatsapp chat with myself and the couple to assist with instant communication throughout the week. She was quick to assist with any questions and requests in the days leading up to the wedding. On the wedding day she was very helpful and organized and pleasant to work with. There are many on site wedding coordinators that do not love when an outside wedding coordinator that they have not worked with comes in. She however welcomed me and made working at this resort very easy and a complete joy. The wedding day ran smooth with her assistance and the couple was very happy. I will highly recommend this resort to all future couples for their wedding. The wedding sites are all beautiful. The resort staff is all very friendly. I have stayed here a couple times now and every time I am blown away with how helpful and courteous the staff is. The food in the restaurants is delicious and the food on the wedding day was even more delicious and beautifully plated. I appreciate that adults are able to go over to the Zilara side. The beach always had lots of available loungers to use. This is a very beautiful resort and definitely one I will keep coming to. Thank you to the wonderful staff and especially Natresha for making the trip a wonderful one for myself, the wedding couple and their guests.
