Just came back from a luxurious vacation & everything was perfect. The resort was immaculate & pristine. The staff was very friendly & attentive but one staff member that stood out was Riley from entertain...ment. He was great on so many ways!!

The property is absolutely amazing and i believe Princess has left its imprint on the hearts of everyone that has had the opportunity to experience what it has to offer. Aside from the beautiful property, ...facilities and amazing food, the staff is absolutely amaaaaaaazing. We were personally escorted by Omar for the entirety of our stay and not because he was mandated, but because he wanted us to see and experience everything Princess had to offer before we ended our stay. He was so cordial and helpful with our requests that we felt right at home thanks to him. He ensured that we were fed even after sleeping through the buffet, gave us an extensive tour of the many amenities and restaurants and checked in on us frequently to ensure we were having fun. He was the highlight of our stay.

This stay was for a workcation. The resort is beautiful and very large. My room was on end of the resort next to the platinum lounge. The bed was a bit firm for my choice. The swimout room had a nice view.... The bathroom has a curtain not a door to separate the areas, so mindful for anyone sharing a room. Apparently there's a sensor that's triggered to security if you take hot showers. I assume it's the steam, so be prepared to get a loud knock at the door after getting out. The food trucks were good, but located on the other end of the resort. I only ate at the Japanese restaurant for dinner which has plenty good food. The hydrotherapy pool was awesome and relaxing with an amazing view. The beach is man-made, so not as nice as Seven mile and others. Overall a nice stay with an equally nice staff.

This resort far exceeded our expectations. The food was phenomenal. The best steaks we’ve ever had! The coffee shops were great. The spa was exceptional. The gym we LOVED! The decor was beautiful: the beac...h, the pool, and somehow everything smelled good! The people… every single staff was so friendly and kind. Shout out to Lorenzo, Aldine, and so many others who made our stay above and beyond. I can’t recommend this place enough. We’re coming back with the kids!! They have a waterpark!

My stay at Princess Senses Mangrove for our 2nd anniversary was absolutely amazing. I especially loved the overwater bungalow—it was truly a dream! The food was delicious, and the service exceeded our expe...ctations. A perfect anniversary getaway!
