Wow! This made our third trip to Jamaica and this resort definitely exceeded our expectations. The food, bartenders, house keepers and staff were perfect. Robert’s Flame was one of the best steaks I have e...ver had we actually ate there twice. All the food was good. We stayed in the O club swim out suite. The bed was comfy and the pool was great and peaceful. We will definitely be back. The beach is not Negril but it is beautiful and the sunsets are absolutely gorgeous. We used Clark’s for our private transportation to the resort and for a day excursion to the Tree House to spend a day at the beach and on to Ricks Cafe. They are a great reputable company! Most definitely be coming back hopefully this fall!

This hotel was truly lovely. i requested a swim out room close to the pool activities and was met at the pool by Shante who was very engaging and enthusiastic. She encouraged us to participate in many pool... and poolside activities. Shante was missed the day she did not work. Do yourself a favor and book.

The whole trip was amazing from start to finish. Everyone was very warm and welcoming, really taking care of us. We were able to explore the resort and find many activities that peaked our interest! The wh...ole entertainment team, especially Shantel, Daniel & Tyrese made us comfortable during our stay, engaging and creating fun memories with us.

Just returned from a short vacation to Jamaica, I stayed at The Princess Mangrove Resort. Where do I begin. I was picked up at the Airport by the hotel transportation, my driver was Vaughn, he was very k...nowledgeable, he gave me the history of Green Island Hanover on the drive to the hotel, the drive was 2 hrs. Their was a gift basket waiting for me in the car filled with snacks and juice and a wet towel, that was well needed, it was very hot when I got their. Vaughn was my driver for the duration of my stay, if you stay at the Princess Hotel and you need a driver ask for Vaughn. I stayed at the Platinum side of the hotel checkin was a breeze. I was give a cocktail and horsdoeuvre upon arrival. The ladies at the checkin desk were so friendly and nice. 10 out of 10 for checkin My room came with 3 butlers. Dujohn Donovan and Keen, DuJohn was my day butler, he made sure I had everything I wanted. he went above and beyond to make sure I had a memorable vacation, DuJohn 10 out of 10 for service with a smile. Thanks Keen and Donovan for everything. I eat at the Steakhouse, the food there was very good. My waiter Danneil was very pleasant and professional I went to the Jamaican resturant the food was very favorable. I had breakfast at Family Market Bufett. the food their was very good, and their was plenty of options. Tashauna waited on me twice while I was their, she was so sweet and helpful, thank you I also eat at Azure Pool bar, that was nice and very casual The coffee and pastry shop was heavenly. I went by their every day sometimes twice a day I went to the spa for a Facial, that was the best facial I ever had, thank you Stephanie I will defiantly be back soon. Thanks everyone

Just one word: Wow! From all our vacations this resort is by far the best…. Beat hand down Riu palace… Rooms are beautiful, food is excellent. We will be back. Special thanks to Junetta and Mishka at the l...ooby bar: they are very welcoming, funny and we had great time with them ?????? People like them make this place so special
