We have recently returned from 9 days at Princess Senses The Mangrove in Jamaica where we stayed in a Platinum Room. Wonderful new hotel attached to their family hotel, The Princess Grand. We had full ac...cess to both resorts and it was around a 10 minute walk from end to end. Lots to do and explore. Highly recommend the Platinum area. Our Butler, Romario, treated us like Royalty. He anticipated our every need and desire. If we casually mentioned something to Romario it was taken care of—Jamaican Patties delivered to us on the beach, bananas & fruit in our room, beach loungers & cooler set up for us every day. We have never felt so spoiled. Romario was the best Butler ever. The restaurants were great & Umani was a favourite. Enjoyed the varied entertainment and Staff at the Piano Bar. A wonderful spot to end the evening. Hard to say goodbye to our new friends, Romario, Jason, Michelle, Ella and George (who was a happy face on the beach) and all the friendly staff.

This place is amazing!!! We stayed for one week on the adults only side with a swim out along with a group of 26 other people. Our room was beautiful and kept very clean by the wonderful housekeeper. I o...ften noticed a pool cleaner walking by checking the swim outs for anything that should not be there and cleaning out any fallen bugs etc. The spa was incredible, the hydro circuit was beautiful. Brittany and Nadina Limb were our massage therapist during our couples massage, I have to say that it was the best massage that I have ever had! The food was incredible and my favorite restaurant was the Infusion restaurant, the scallops were out of this world along with the chicken dish. One our friends has a food allergy, the chef himself came out to the table to ask her questions and he delivered her food to her directly. We were all very impressed by this. Guest services called us almost everyday to see how we were enjoying our vacation and to see if we needed anything. We had a lovely dinner on the beach, Kaneil was our waiter, he did a lovely job, he went above and beyond to make our special dinner that much better. Highly recommend! The standard of service at this resort was by far the best we have had to date with many years of traveling to different places. This place is an absolute dream and I can not wait to go there again! Cheers to a fun-filled time at Princess Senses! We spent most of our time over at The Grand, which had a fantastic vibe and so many activities to enjoy. Our experience was amazing—from the delicious food ...to the friendly staff, the impeccable cleanliness, and the top-tier customer service. Food was incredible and there were so many options for every and anyone to enjoy! A special shout-out to the wonderful staff who made my best friend, and I feel so welcome for our first ever Jamaica experience, it felt like we were home away from home. Every morning, we'd check in with the team to get the day's vibe, and in true Jamaican fashion, they even taught me how to play dominoes! Though the entire team was amazing, I’d like to personally thank a few incredible individuals who made our time so special: Da-mian, Daniel, Kieandra, Kimo and Slyva from the entertainment team, as well as Paul-Ann and Cleo from guest services. They all truly went above and beyond, and I can't thank them enough for making this such a terrific experience. Worth every single penny!

This hotel is the best, hands down! Everything was exquisite - from the views to the food but most of all the entertainment was bomb!! Starlight show was the best ever & Donald definitely made it worthwhil...e, can’t wait to go back just for this?

My friend and I had a great time. The customer service is top tier, so many restaurants to choose from and we were so happy that didn't need a reservation to dine. The entertainment in general was great bu...t the starlight show was the BEST!! Donald.. 10/10; big up! We'll definitely be back!
