Chevanese bygrave was fantastic very attentive and on hand made the day fantastic and relaxed while we were able to chill out and relax by the pool. The food has been amazing and room fantastic, drinks alw...ays available and food always on hand

Chevanese Bygrave service was absolutely amazing, very friendly people always with a smile and welcome, room , facilities, organised staff, my birthday was amazing as I was gifted wih a ice cold bucke...t of ice cold beer, lovely polite lady, excellent at her job role.

CHEVANESE Bygrave was an absolutely amazing lady, so friendly, with a lovely nature, she would go out of her way to make our stay perfect, we never had an empty glass, even when I refused lol...she was ju...st amazing, .our stay here at blue waters has been beautiful, the room, the food and hospitality .top .arks well done

THE WORST RESORT

Do Not Waste Your Money – Worst Resort Experience Ever Everything—and I mean everything—about this resort is a disappointment. From top to bottom, the experience was a complete letdown. Check-In Nightmar...e: Check-in took over an hour in a hot, moldy-smelling lobby. Only three slow and unhelpful staff were working, and the outdated computer system made everything worse. We tried upgrading to Hideaway—supposedly the same property group—but were met with confusion and no communication between the two. We asked for a manager and were told they were at Hideaway. No one ever followed up. Terrible Room Conditions: We requested connecting rooms during booking and were never informed that this wasn’t possible. Our rooms were far apart, and one smelled heavily of mold. We reported it and never heard back. The rooms were outdated and nothing like the photos online. Calling the operator to request something as basic as a washcloth was a disaster—no one ever answered the phone. We had to physically walk to the front desk multiple times just to get washcloths, and housekeeping never replaced them after cleaning the rooms. Beach and Amenities: The beach was dirty and poorly maintained. Despite advertising water sports, none were available. The entire area felt neglected and uninviting. Dining Disaster: Expect long lines just to access the buffet—often the only available option. The food was consistently undercooked, overly salty, and lacked variety. It was barely enough to get by on some days. At the beach and pool, food options were almost non-existent—just a small stand with jerk chicken and rice and beans, day after day. No variety, barely any finger foods, and definitely not what you’d expect from a supposed all-inclusive resort. Honestly, it was laughable. Getting reservations at the other restaurants was nearly impossible. Staff were rude, unsanitary (no gloves or head covers), and inattentive. Cocktails were overly sweet and poorly made, and the so-called “mini bar” was a joke—just a couple of beers, sodas, and water. Spa Scam: We paid for a full spa experience—massage, sauna, steam room, and hydrotherapy. After a lackluster massage, we were abruptly told it was over. Only after complaining were we offered access to the rest of the services, but the sauna didn’t work, the steam room was broken, and the hydrotherapy was rushed. Two others in our group were never even offered the rest of what they paid for. Final Thoughts: This resort markets itself as a 5-star experience—it’s not even close. Poor service, unclean facilities, food that was barely enough, nonexistent customer support, and an overall lack of care define this place. Save your money and choose literally anywhere else on the island.
