unprofessional and loss employees

Royalton Resort is garbage poor management team. Loss employees can't respond to crises properly, and they don't have effective communication skills female staff have a bad attitude problem these people who operate this resort are criminals I visited this resort for vacation and they ruined it. This leaves a bad taste in my mouth on my first night the television didn't work the second night the fire alarm kept going off all night malfunction no manager or supervisor on duty to assist the this issue front desk personnel were confused Because they didn't know what to do, and they couldn't reach their manager via telephone several attempts were made with negative results. In addition to this hurricane BERYL Passover Jamaica ???? July 2-3 2024 so hence all traveling plans were disrupted airport closed down so if you were supposed to check out you couldn't because of the circumstances at hand in spite of all this, the hotel, asked us to check out and check back in meaning we had to pay again to stay there, ok this is the fun part now, the 7th floor was flooded out imagine laying down in bed and realizing that the room was flooded the room is in darkness no way of contacting the front desk for assistance, I had to walk through an excessive amount of water from the 7th floor to the ground level to see if I could get some help, lucky I saw this young man who looked terrified in the corner by the wall, it was very windy however we started sweeping out the water from the room that didn't work as planned. A hour later I saw this lady who identify herself as a night manager. She told us meaning me and rest of the 7th floor guests “not to do anything. She’s gonna look for different rooms for us so we need to pack up all our stuff” However I did not hear back from that lady or see her again for the entire night we slept in the water all night I am currently battering now with the flu lucky we escaped in one piece with our lives the experience is terrible trust me I don't recommend anyone to stay at this resort I spent three thousand us dollars with this hotel and this is the treatment I received no compensation no apology no nothing. The 4 restaurants I visited have plenty of cockroaches.

Resort Had No Hot Water Two Days

Was here for a wedding in June and had to call guest services for several issues on the first day that included a room full of mosquitos. We were given another room that had its own issues including not being able to increase the air and still mosquitoes. The hot water for the whole resort was out for two days. No one had any answers for us or seemed to care. Even a staff person had to tell us to just continue to let resort know about the issues. We went to guest services the day before our departure and spoke to Breanna about our experience, even showing her how badly we had been bitten. We were asked to write everything out and someone would find us. No one contacted us. Prior to leaving, we went back to guest services and spoke to Breanna again and was informed that the manager was not present and to send an email to Novelette Symister at customersupportrwsmbj@royaltonresorts.com but no one has followed up. People saved their hard-earned money to come and support their loved ones only for this to be their experience. Very disappointed in this resort.
