We arrived from cancelled flights with very large group of very aggravated people. Front desk handed it very well, in timely manner, patiently and friendly. We had 2 rooms, 806 and 105. 806 fully renowated, clean with cute balcony. 105 - the whole appartment above the pool. 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen area, balcony. Outdated but clean, very large and convenient for a family. Buffet was good, enough to make 2 plates out of variety, tasted good BUT super hot, as its partially an outdoor area, so no AC! As a matter of fact - no AC no where except Front desk and Rooms. Beach very clean, deep and super small but absolutely beautiful and enjoyable. Your gest bet to get there at 7am, while everyone is still in bed. Pool never closes - that should tell you something about water. Snack bar was ok, drinks was tasty with enough alcohol in it. Snacks was ok and run out very quick. You dont have bar in room, nor water, yet you can request bottled water by calling FD. Make sure your fridge is working, because they will give you room temp water. I would return, but only for weekend.

If you are Latin or white DONT GO !! You Will feel extremely uncomfortable. This a good place for local and Caribbean islands people. But be prepared to have to deal with hustlers .. with lots of greed , making first time comers not want to ever come back to Jamaica . food and all good they serve is straight Jamaican culinary, Also, I overheard from people talking in the streets that they over hear daily from sea gardens guests yelling that they feel staffed for ridiculous price some workers ask for side hussles in exchange of cash .. I have spent the worst experience I have ever experienced, thanks god for some guests that noticed the discomfort and the discrimination I felt during my stay. I booked my getaway with my kids in the wrong place. I understand that I can’t generalize as there was a couple of staff that was extremely helpful but there was a group of employees that’ was more in contact with the guest, was very unprofessional, imagine once they finish their shift they stand on the street talking about what the guest has what where able to make that day. And the worst talk horrors of guests from the resort they work for. I wish I could send u the recording of their talks late at night once their shift was done. Since they would do it in front of the apartment . Tried taking a picture but the tree blocks my view. But I can hear their voices and their conversation clear.. As the week was passing it just got worst the experience as more guest started to arrive for the following weekend., definitely not a place ready to receive other cultures apart from people from island locals that are married with whites . To visit this place is two things want to spend money or the staff will trash u and mis treat u .. making u wait by simply ignoring you … guest that comes to this place is also not used to be around other diverse cultures apart from the islands people and English .. they will be looking, using apps in their phones to find out what language they are hearing… and be the centre of conversation .. thinking we don’t speak English and don’t understand what they are saying.. Sandals, riu, Hyatt.. definitely a better option for white , Latin people!! Beach crew ( unprofessional) Lounge crew ( some u could see they did not stand us, but was very polite and professional but others from their own crew lacked professionalism.. their were other employee from f Different department that makes part of this group that we are here talking about. The resort has potential but needs new management and renew most of the crew if they want to increase revenue and increase their market share in Jamaica tourism.. Honestly this “Resort “ needs to be Audited by a white authority and pretend is a guest and u will see .. why Jamaica ???? has a limited tourism.. the few whites that has no relation with Jamaica or the Caribbean has to be ready to spend top notch to have a good experience in Jamaica. And if they land in the wrong resort like this one the is high chances this tourist won’t ever come back !! As there are so many other places to enjoy tropic climate !!! Brasil ???? can be a great alternative if u want to have REAL PEACE IN ALL INCLUSIVE RESORT!! With higher quality of not only in service but price for American dollars is great Start at 60 dollars the night all rooms to the ocean .. great food too . Island people won’t enjoy it at all as food is not spicy .
