Kids’ Waterpark Maintenance
The Kids’ Water Park at Grand Palladium Jamaica Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton Resort & Spa will be out of service for maintenance work from April 27 - May 31, 2025. During this time, families visiting will still have access to a variety of activities including the Miniclub, the beach and other resort facilities which will continue to operate as usual. The hotel will make every effort to minimize any impact to the guests’ experience.

Horrible hotel!!!

We are Travel club members and have been to 6 different palladium locations a total of 12 trips since 2016. We decided to come back here since our last trip was during Covid and we weren’t allowed to leave... the resort. The experience this time is absolutely horrible!! We are 4 days into it and we have actually considered leaving early! The room is a private pool room and it is a nice room. The Ac works great and all in all the room is exceptional. The food is pretty good as well. That is why I gave it a two. Soooo many of the staff are sooooo rude and act as though we are inconveniencing then when we ask a question or need something. I make sure to tip well and greet them all with a smile. I sat at the pool bar trying to get one of the three bartenders attention (they were chatting with some girls and not serving drinks) for 35 min before I finally said forget it and left the pool area to get a drink from one of the other bars. The travel club staff have been extremely unhelpful and pretty rude when I try to talk to them about anything. The other palladium resorts offer things such as bagged lunches to take on your excursions. The response when I asked about it here was, “no we don’t provide that. I suggest you walk to a food location and bring cash to buy yourself some food before coming back to the resort”. With our membership we are supposed to get a room decorated for special occasions. When I asked if they were going to decorate for my daughter in laws birthday their response was you didn’t request that the day that you told us it was her birthday. When I replied that I said I wanted them to get her a cake and to celebrate her birthday for her she then turned around and said we would have to pay for the decorations. We are supposed to get lobster for free with our membership and they said that they don’t have any here. They also told us if we wanted alcohol in our room other than beer we have to pay for it. Again our contract says we get a bottle of alcohol per room. There have been many more issues but it would take me forever to write them all out. I DO NOT SUGGEST COMING HERE!! I do highly recommend the costa mujeras location as well a the riviera Mya and punta Cana locations though

I had the absolute pleasure of being served by Donna Kay at the Sunset Cove Beach Bar during my stay at the Grand Palladium, and she truly made our visit unforgettable. Her service was top-notch—friendly..., attentive, and always delivered with a personal touch. She remembered our drink preferences after just one visit, and went out of her way to make sure everyone was happy. The drinks were always perfectly mixed. What stood out most was her genuine kindness and positive spirit. Donna Kay brought so much joy to the bar, turning a beautiful beach setting into something even more special. She truly embodies the spirit of great hospitality, and I can confidently say that our time at Sunset Cove wouldn’t have been the same without her. If you’re at the Grand Palladium, make sure you stop by and say hello to Donna Kay—you won’t regret it!
