Myself and my wife have had the most amazing time here at the Grand Palladium, from the whole staff that work here, a special mention has to go to Vidal Garrison who was working at the infinity Bar, he has gone above and beyond to make our time him very special, I will be highly recommending your hotel to friends and family, we will be certainly coming back to stay at your resort Thank you all it has been amazing Mr Jamie Johnson

Our first visit since Covid, however our 9th time overall…still one of our favourite resorts. Much has changed but what remains the same is the staff who are very much the best, always smiling, always helpful even when they are being rude to by some guests. Special thank you to the staff of the Negril breakfast, the Blue Lagoon breakfast, Miss Lou Cafe, Bhogali restaurant, the Mobay dinner hostesses and to our housekeeper Fiona, appreciate your kindness and hospitality. On another note, if you’re thinking of Lady Hamilton being an only adult section then you’re going to be very disappointed, maybe years ago but not now. Also Grand Palladium doesn’t have an exclusive adult section (except for a pool/beach area) in regard to restaurants etc compared to other adult only resorts we’ve been to where it’s totally separated. Other than that we had another wonderful time at this resort, please reconsider adding back the coleslaw and festivals to the jerk meals at Sunset cove. And possibly adding beef patties to the menu, we love being in Jamaica and having real Jamaican cuisine.

The resort was enormous..! I have just got back to the UK after booking with TUI. We were greeted at the door by a rum punch and once checked in, were taken by golf buggy to our rooms. THE ROOMS: These were really good. We stayed in the Lady Hamilton side and the quality was good. We had only booked a garden view room, but our room was visible to the sunset cove beach which was amazing. Cleaned every day, minibar was topped up everyday and we did get more of the drinks we enjoyed rather than what we didn’t. They could do with a bit or re vamp in the near future, but overall the rooms were very sufficient, cool and comfortable. THE ENTERTAINMENT TEAM: Where do I even begin..! They were amazing. As myself and my girlfriend are only young, we found the entertainment team amazing. The daytime team by the pool were amazing. A shoutout to Sonic and Mimi who made our days on multiple occasions with various activities. The evening entertainment was good too, however, if staying for more than a week, you are going to see the same show. The bingo party was a definite hit. Collette and Tessi were extremely full of energy, and we enjoyed their hosting on multiple occasions!!! THE POOL AND BEACH: We aren’t really fans of beaches anyways, but sunset cove is just stunning. It’s private, quiet, out of the way, and just beautiful, with various activities to enjoy. The main pool is where it’s at though. The staff at the swim-up bar are amazing, especially one, however I can’t remember his name to give him a shoutout. The pool is not cold, and is big enough to accommodate everyone it needs to. Whether you’re after a quiet dip, or a loud and energetic vibe, the main pool will not disappoint. We didn’t really visit any of the other pools, but on a glance they all looked very nice, and much quieter than the main pool, if you’re looking to relax. THE FOOD: This is where the resort could do with a bit of improvement. It states there are 3 buffets, but it’s only actually one. Negril and blue lagoon were only ever open for breakfast. Blue lagoon is really nice but beware of flies and birds who are lingering on the terrace. The buffets only really served the same sort of thing everyday. We would’ve like a wider variety. The Ali-Cartes were nice, however, the food was not really much different to that served in the buffet. The Italian was awful, got there to be told there was no pizza, which left us really annoyed. The steakhouse was really nice, the meat was tender and tasty. The Mexican was good too, however didn’t really feel very Mexican. The Japanese was the best of the bunch, the live cooking was definitely a hit and we enjoyed his interaction with us throughout the show. OVERALL: This hotel was amazing and I will definitely look to come back here in the future. Support is there if you need it. The staff are really friendly and helpful, however, do expect to give them tips, to enhance their friendliness. Really good hotel, bustling with energy. Can’t wait to come back.

The location and scenery is superb. I felt as if I was in paradise. The staff was friendly and courteous. However, there need to be a wider variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and fresh fruit juice for vegans and others with health issue. The porridge should be unsweetened and left to guests to add sugar if they need it.

We were comfortable in our stay, pools, accommodations and people were all good. Food during breakfast/lunch in restaurants was unsatisfactory. Jerk hit was very good!
