Best place to take a break from work and stress!! VIP staff amazing, restaurants are great!. The cleaning lady on our floor was great, took note of our schedule and cleaned the room accordingly. Came in early on a Saturday and both rooms ready at check in, love that place! It’s a must to try even for a 3 day getaway or a 7-10 day full vacation.

Eveything was wonderful. Very fancy. The best place in the world we ever visited. Eveything was top quality. Very fancy. Amazing. We will never forget such experiences and we saw celebrities we never met before and it was a dream come true to be there and having the best experience.

Massively disorganized. Worst unhelpful staff. If it rains, they will refuse to go outside to help you because they don’t want to get wet even though they have umbrellas. Instead, they make their guests run out into the rain with no umbrellas. Worst service I’ve ever had at any hotel.

Overall our stay was enjoyable....prices have increased significantly since our last visit 6 years ago, especially in the cafes and restaurants. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Not the place to go if you want privacy and quiet environment.

Great trip. The resort always does a wonderful job to accommodate its guests. Overall, everything was really nice and I can’t wait to return . Marking of chairs reserved at the Cove pool was my only concern, every chair in the first row around the main pool was marked reserved and no one was paying for them .
