Great family-friendly beach resort, but not 5-star luxury

This is NOT a five-star resort. That said, the food was good and the beach was beautiful, however...my biggest compliants: the room was basic, but at a five-star price, so that not worth the value. The ki...ds club was very restrictive and my son, who generally loves hotel kids' clubs, hated this one. There is an awesome indoor playground, but the kids aren't allowed to use it! There are vendors on the beach and they are relentless. It really took away from the relaxing experience.
BEWARE - STOLEN CASH

On the night before checking out, hotel cleaning staff entered our room after 9pm and instructed our children to leave the room for a "2nd cleaning" so they could rob us. Once all the kids departed from th...e room without our (adults) knowlege, they searched and stole all of the cash that was hidden in our room. Management/Staff/Security suspiciously seemed indifferent and did nothing to adequately rectify the situation. It appears to be a normal occurance for them and frankly, I wouldn't be surprised to learn they were all involved.
