Great resort grounds and outstanding butler service

Great resort layout, never felt crowded, plenty of restaurants to choose from. After experiencing 10 other Sandals, this one is really high on our list. Our butlers, Tiffany and Jermaine, have been absolut...ely outstanding and made our vacation truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as perfect as possible. Always remembering our preferences and surprising us daily with room decorations and food selections. Also, truly impressed about how quickly items were resolved when something needed attention. Alicia (hotel manager) and Ricardo (butler manager) stopped by repeatedly to say hello and to ensure that everything was in order. At other Sandals, getting in touch with the management proved to be, at times, tedious and time-consuming. Gorgeous weather, a perfect candlelight dinner, and a great sunset cruise are some of the great memories of this special week at Sandals South Coast, Jamaica.

South Coast is our “home away from home”. EVERY employee is engaging, pleasant, respectful, kind and helpful. From the moment you awake in paradise the beautiful flowers and foliage create an inviting l...andscape of happiness. All of the restaurants are flavorful and different depending on your mood for food at the moment. The pools are maintained well and are inviting to all. Our main pool experience with the FABULOUS entertainment staff: Shavia, Jahmone, Brenda Lee, Daniela, Kemosabe, Orlanno, Ke-Shaun, Francois, DJ Impact & DJ Deand was second to none! We played EVERY game EVERY day with them and enjoyed EVERY minute. They REALLY care about their guests and mingle throughout the day with them. We had incredible evening entertainment daily especially the Silent Disco! The shops and photo store Epix are inviting and welcoming for all your needs. The resort is 100% safe and there are no “local vendors” bothering you while in property. The Sandals Foundation is a helpful necessary promise to giving back to their Jamaican community which is wonderful. Sandals South Coast is what you make it. Whether quiet and secluded for couples or lively and engaging for couples. We choose to be lively and engaging while in beautiful Jamaica. Until next time “Sexy South Coast” Yeah Mon’??????
