Philip the server in barefoot by the sea was by far the best server they have in the entire place. Upbeat, willing to please, happy, attentive, and goes above and beyond. He is such a hard worker. Butlers ...were amazing. Felix and delvroy. Best ones they have!

We love everything about Sandals Negril, but most of all, we love the people who are the main reason we return time after time. They always make our visit perfect. This year we traveled with friends and t...hey share our sentiments. We’ve stayed at Halycon, Sandals MoBay and Exuma and have visited LeToc and St. Lucia Grande which earned us Pearl status. In addition, we've stayed at several other resorts throughout the Caribbean. SN is our perfect fit since it is small and easy for older people to navigate. It’s a little quieter and has a beautiful beach. We also love our swim-up room, even though they are dated and need some repairs. We don’t want any other category. If one isn’t available, it’s a deal-breaker and we’ll search for alternate dates. Our butlers, Ian and Odane are simply the best! We’ve had Ian for years and the trip wouldn’t be the same without him. I posted many times during our stay on my FB page and you are welcome to check it…Jan Garner Buck. My last post had pics of all our favorite people. Among those, (and sadly, I know only a few of their names) are: Chris at the Piano Bar; the entire staff at Bayside in the morning and at lunch; Rhyno at Kimonos; Michelle and Adaina at Sundowner; Aron and Patricia at Bayside (and one girl whose name I can’t remember- she can’t wear earrings-who is awesome!); Eunice and Genevieve at the spa. They all seem happy to see us, they spoil us with good service and make us feel special. We particularly enjoy the breakfast and lunch buffets. There is always a wide selection and the food is good. My friend is allergic to tomatoes and the chef started offering sandwiches without them when she mentioned her problem. Our favorite place in the evening is Sundowner…hands down the best evening food on the resort. Our room attendants, pool maintenance guys and groundskeepers do a marvelous job. No complaints. The only thing we believe could be improved, other than room updates, are the food options. We so miss the Italian restaurant where Brava is now. The other restaurants have very few Italian entrees and they are not our favorites. Many other long-time guests share that sentiment. Bayside used to have a more extensive evening menu and, at one time, had a rotating menu. Since we normally stay 12 nights, that menu gets old since there are only a few things that interest us. We also miss the daytime short order restaurant where Perla is now. It would be lovely to get a hamburger, jerk, hot dog, sandwiches and the old offerings to carry out. Perla isn’t our thing. Butch’s would also be a welcome addition. Crema is a big hit with our group for the coffees, sweets and ice cream. We are already looking forward to November for our next visit. BTW...if you are looking for a family resort for all ages and generations, try Beaches Negril. We spent a week there with our kids and grands for many years and made wonderful memories. We can't imagine a better place for everyone, from infant up, to have a great time. They know how to do kids.
