I went with my family and the workers were the kindest welcoming people I have ever met. The one person who was the kindest was Nicola. She deserves a raise. Also Akeem was also very very kind and invited ...us to do many activities. My experience was a five stars you must come here

Great resort, had a fun time with my family. Everyone is super nice and welcoming. Nicola the teens coordinator is the best she ate lunch with my family and played video games and basketball with the kids,... she was very nice and needs a raise for sure! Akeem also did activites with the kids and was very friendly.

We are experienced Caribbean travelers and have been to other Sandals properties. Unfortunately, Beaches OR was a big disappointment. The facilities are run down, with paint chipping on many buildings. The... greenery wasn’t very lush. The property was just kinda sad. Food was just ok, with some dinners really missing the mark or being inconsistent. For example, at the Mediterranean restaurant, one person in our family said it was the best meal of the trip, and another literally had no seafood in their dish and got a bowl of sauce for dinner. The biggest problem they have are the BEES!!! in our group of 20, over 1/2 the group were stung on the trip, with some people being stung MULTIPLE times. They do not have the bees under control. DO NOT STAY HERE IF SOMEONE IN YOUR GROUP HAS A BEE ALLERGY!! the bees are everywhere. Check out my video of a typical bee situation by the pool. We found it difficult to relax with this many bees around and family being stung. The highlight of this resort is the staff, who are friendly, and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and at home. I really appreciated the entertainment staff in particular who made the trip more fun.

The people at beaches Ocho Rios have been so fun to be around. They are such a great group of workers. I did snorkeling and it was something to remember. The drinks at the bar were so good. The food is nic...e too. I loved going to the gym. One person that stood out on my trip was Akeem from entertainment. He introduced himself to us one night and after that he just made us feel at home. He invited us to one of the shows and he sounded so good singing. All of them have amazing talent on the team including TT and khajeefe. I would definitely come back.

Beaches is nice. The watersports activities are very awesome (hobby cats, banana boat, snorkeling). The food and drinks are cool, the servers were polite. The entertainment team was awesome, I loved playin...g pool and beach volleyball. Akeem from entertainment jumped in the pool one time and we were on the same team, we won that pool volleyball competition. The slides very fun to go on. I met new friends and Akeem hung out with us almost every night.
