We had a truly amazing time here this past week. We are so sad to be leaving. I am so thankful we didn’t listen to all of the negative reviews. What makes this resort so great is the staff. From check in, food and beverage, water sports, loyalty & rewards, dive team and everyone else they were all just amazing. Very, very special shout out to Jevaughn with water sports. He just went above and beyond when it came to my kids. He played with them every chance he got and made them feel so special. My kids really connected to their new “friend” and talk about him constantly. Their experience with him will be one of the biggest reasons we come back. Kuddos to Shanice with loyalty and rewards who constantly checked on us and Horneil with the dive team who also made my kids feel special and took great care of his divers. Overall we had the best time. Does the resort need updating, sure! But it didn’t affect our stay one single bit! Please do not hesitate to book here!

Lady J offers a vibrant and enjoyable dining experience. The restaurant’s ambiance is lively, perfect for families and couples alike. The menu features a delightful mix of Caribbean and international cuisine, with standout dishes that highlight fresh, local ingredients. Service is attentive, with friendly staff that enhance the overall experience. The vibrant decor and outdoor seating create a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great spot for both casual meals and special occasions. While the wait times can be a bit longer during peak hours, the quality of food and the energetic vibe make it worth it. Overall, Lady J is a must-visit for anyone looking to savor the flavors of the Caribbean while enjoying a lively dining atmosphere.

This resort is absolutley beautiful. The staff is the best part. They all interact with you and your kids making you feel like you are at home. Akuim, Teddy and Jason are my top favorites. The beach is quiet and so is the pool. It is very easy to navigate once you are there for 1 day. I know this may sound silly but Definitely try the milk out of their cappichinio machine! WORLDS BEST MILK! The waterpark has 11 (but its more like 8) slides. I feel as jamaica has zero waterpark rules. WHICH I LOVE! we were all sending like 9 people down one slide and the staff didnt care. W staff. The only rule is dont ride down the orange slide with a tube. big no no. The hotel room was okay but we got a leftover one since my mother is a travel agent. The only thing that makes this resort a little bit off putting is the service speed. Or atleast the service speed at Neptunes and Out of the blue. Took close to 1hr 50m for dining they were not that busy either. Also Do not go to club liquid. They say its a nightclub... no... nobody goes there. But i want to go back everyone is so nice and the place is amazing!!

Everything about my stay was amazing, the room was big and spacious, i had a nice view, it was very clean, bed was comfortable, my refrigerator stayed stocked, you can even have the option to have adult beverages stocked in your room for no additional cost which is pretty cool.. the staff was amazing, very help, very welcoming, greeted you with smiles and had good energy! Two hosts that helped during my friends wedding celebrations were Lady J, and Yannick(or yonique) excuse the misspell! these two were incredible hosts for the events planned, and even when spotted at the swim up bar.. the food servers, cooks, and bartenders, djs all worked very hard and it made my experience amazing! The only downfall i would say is when i wanted to do an excursion there weren’t many options provided at the desk, they only gave me about 3 options and one of those options you needed at least 4 people to book in order for them to take you. For me as a solo traveler that was a bit of an inconvenience to not be able to participate in an excursion i was interested in because of that limit. i ended up booking excursions that i saw from my driver that brought me to the hotel.. but other than that great staff great experience oh and the pool is open 24 hrs how lit is that .. :) thank you all keep doing what your doing
