Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

We arrived around 9:30 AM to meet with our family group who had already left for Disneyland. I asked the friendly staff at the front desk if we could store our luggage in a safe place until check in at 4:00PM. They said, “We can do better than that! You can have your room now.” That was unexpectedly wonderful!!! In all my travels I’ve never once had that experience, what great customer service. I wish I would have gotten the gentleman’s name on July 9th that checked us in. Throughout our stay the whole staff was efficient and friendly. They were able to cater to some of our family special dietary needs for breakfast everyday, which made staying that much more convenient. Well done Hyatt House. A HUGE thank you to your staff for making our trip so amazing.
A very modern and clean hotel near Disneyland

My kids and I stayed here for 2 nights as we had our Disneyland Trip. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very accommodating and considerate on your needs. Breakfast is really good! All worth it.
