Following American Hotel & Lodging Association's (AHLA) recent announcement of its "Safe Stay Guest Checklist"—and following medical expert guidance to help reduce the spread of COVID-19—all Hyatt hotels in the U.S. and Canada will require face coverings within indoor public areas beginning Monday, July 27, for the foreseeable future.
Public areas may include hotel lobbies, meetings and events spaces, restaurants and bars, and fitness centers. Some guests may be exempt from this mandate, including but not limited to guests with medical conditions, guests consuming food or beverages in restaurants, and children under the age of 2.

Incredible Stay at Hyatt House Anaheim!

We had an amazing experience at Hyatt House Anaheim! From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond—truly over the top in the best way possible. They recognized and honored our Explorist st...atus without hesitation, making us feel appreciated and welcomed right away. Every interaction with the team was friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to Disneyland, which made our park days so much more convenient (and helped burn off those churros). The hotel itself is clean, modern, and comfortable. We stayed in a king room with bunk beds in a separated space—absolutely perfect for our 9 and 11-year-olds. They loved having their own little “mini room,” and we loved having some space to unwind. Can’t say enough good things—Hyatt House Anaheim truly nailed it. We’ll definitely be staying here again on our next Disney adventure!

Someone broke into my room around 11 pm while I was asleep. I shouted loudly and the intruder walked away. I was so terrified afterward that I couldn't fall asleep for several hours. II immediately called ...the front desk, but no one seemed to know what had happened.
