Check in was quick and easy Alex was very welcoming. Room was larger than expected there were 4 of us and we had plenty of room, room was very clean all staff were excellent very friendly hotel was a short walk to disneyland less than 10 mins breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. It was within easy walking distance to Disneyland. The complementary breakfast had a wide selection. I reserved two adjoining suites and called to confirm I had two adjoining suites but when I arrived, I had only been assigned one suite for my party of eight. Apparently, the reservation for adjoining suites is a confusing one. The front desk staff felt that they needed more training on how to identify those reservations and appropriately block the rooms. They were able to assign me a second suite on a different floor and compensated me for the error with points. I was satisfied with the outcome. Hopefully they will get more training.

This was our second stay at Hyatt House, and we are so glad we came back. There are a few closer options for walking to Disneyland on Harbor, but the walk from HH is a few extra minutes and you will not beat the price. We met Myrna at breakfast two and half years ago. Seeing her again was like visiting the sweetest, most caring aunt. She spoiled us and everyone around us ensuring we had everything we needed. Her warmth makes breakfast at the HH feel like home. She was my kids' favorite part of going to breakfast, and she was the main resaon we came back to stay at this hotel. Pualena texted me as soon as we got off out plane. She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was as special as we could have imagined for our two birthday girls. The communication is top notch! I can't imagine more amazing customer service than Hyatt House, The rooms are comfortable and spacious. They are clean and even include a surf board (so our 5 year-old announced! It was actually an ironing board). Having the kitchen was perfect for shopping for our own food and making lunch, dinner and snacks much cheaper than eating out the whole stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone planning an affordable Disney vacation.

Great location for families making the Disneyland trip. Nice pool, workout room. Breakfast is just okay but convenient. Pictures always better than the real thing as far as rooms etc. This spot is heavily used by families so rooms and things get pretty beat up and with families the running and jumping and occasional crying infant was pretty consistent above. Bathroom/bedroom doors really are annoying, shoved a washcloth under bedroom door to keep it open all the way and bathroom can then open 2/3 of the way. No fans in bathrooms so steamy. Ants on our kitchen counter and lots of dirt on walls and light plates, but otherwise pretty good. Staff very nice!
