My Disney Hotel
MWong52 (Mojave Desert) on May 12, 2025
We travel to Disneyland once a month. This hotel has everything we need; convenience, food, easy to navigate back and forth and the customer service is outstanding! I always feel safe when I travel alone a...nd stay at this hotel. If ever I have an issue I speak with Isaac and it’s always taken care of. This trip we met so many wonderful Canadians, that we’re staying here and we would sit and talk and in the lobby. The hotel is such a relaxing and inviting atmosphere.
Very mediocre

Check in was really easy. If you are a hotel guest parking is $20 a day. The rooms are adequate but tired and dated. Also if any of the rooms nearby flush the toilet or have a shower the noise of the wate...r seems to echo round the room. Free wifi and tea and coffee. Theres a fridge in the room which is a bonus. Housekeeping is provided on alternate days. We stayed at the front of the hotel and found the traffic noise very loud also any voices carried up to our room on the 4th floor. They have a laundry which costs $4 per machine, the tumble dryer didn't seem to get the clothes dry. The hotel is conveniently placed if going to Disney as the toy story parking lot and shuttle service is opposite which is a 5 minute walk to the bus, or you can Walk to the parks which is about a mile.
Average at best.

This hotel is very dated. It needs a lot of money spending on it to bring it up to a modern standard. It's only average at best. Generally it's clean and tidy. Our room had two normal sized double beds, wh...ich were comfortable enough. Bathroom was small, you had to 'dance' around the toilet in order to shut the door. It also had single pane glass which offered minimal sound insulation against the traffic outside. It also had the noisiest plumping I've ever heard in a hotel. The first time I heard it, I thought a pipe had burst in the walls. Not good, especially at midnight. Rooms have tea/coffee maker and a refrigerator, which is a plus point. Housekeeping is every other day. Laundry is on floor 2. Only two washers and two dryers for the whole hotel, but we managed to use them ok. $4 a time. It's biggest plus point is location for Disneyland. Cross the road and catch a shuttle bus. You can't walk to the park from here.
Fantastic!

We have just returned from a 10 day trip and will definitely be back. The hotel is very clean, the room was a great size and the staff were incredibly helpful. The location to Disney is excellent and it w...as fantastic value for money! Those saying that housekeeping didn’t clean their room- this was not the case for us. Upon check in we were told that our room would be cleaned every other day but if we wanted it cleaned every day, just to ask- nothing was too much trouble! Having laundry facilities on site was also an added bonus for us! We do agree that the hotel may benefit from updated decor but this didn’t affect our stay in the slightest. I would definitely give this hotel a go if you want value for money, somewhere clean and safe to stay and friendly staff. Thank you ??- we will be returning soon!
The Happiest Place on Earth Adjacent

Let me start by saying this is my favorite hotel in the area! It's a little on the older side, but I think it only adds to the charm. The staff are always incredibly nice and helpful, and the rooms are cle...an and well furnished. I always have trouble with hotel pillows being either too thin or too firm and their's is honestly just right! Now while all of the above mentioned are great, they are just the icing on the cake that is location. We typically stay early spring for Wondercon, and they are incredibly affordable for just how close they are located to the convention center. It has the benefits of being located practically right at the entrance of the convention center, but also not suffering from elevator traffic! This is a huge issue I ran into before at other hotels. The ones located super close to the event tend to have long waits for the lift, but the Clarion's 3 elevators have you in and out super quick! We also like to stay here when going to Disneyland! We much prefer being able to walk places, and wouldn't you know, it's super close to the park as well! I believe there is a shuttle you can pay for, but we honestly always find ourselves taking the short 1 mile stroll to and from the park. As most of it runs along Disney, it's a nice green walk. As I've stated before, this really is the best bang for your buck in the area, and I honestly hope I can stay with them every time I'm in town.
