It’s hard to say grateful in a few words.

Manager Carlos went above and beyond displaying professionalism, compassion and understanding for an unforeseen circumstance that lead to a cancellation. The Alaska Airlines Hotel desk inadvertently closed my claim, dismissing the hotels instruction to refund what was due, but….the Grand Legacy at the park manager, Carlos, patiently and willingly took all the time needed to help me get it resolved. I’m thankful for Carlos reaching out to the booking company on my behalf.

Memorable Vacation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Grand Legacy Hotel in Anaheim, CA, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. During my stay, I received exceptional customer service from Charles. He was proactive, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay at the hotel was truly memorable. He has a genuinely positive attitude that was reflected in the rest of the team as well. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to the Anaheim area.

Not much going for it aside from the location

Pros: Great location just a short block from the main entrance into Disneyland so you can leave and come back without waiting for a shuttle or getting back in your car. The restaurant/bar at the hotel seemed popular although it was already fully booked when we reserved our 3-night stay. There is a pool. There's a fridge and microwave in the room. The room was clean. There is a good view of the fireworks from the front of the hotel and from some of the rooms. Cons: Our ground floor room was dismal and uncomfortable. It was across from the pool, but there is a parking lot in between, crammed full of cars, so our view was car hoods. We were also situated behind the stairs, so guests coming from upper floors had a direct view into our room. Thus we had to keep our drapes closed, and the only lighting was an unpleasant blue-white fluorescent glow from the lamps in the room. Mattresses are cheap and squishy; not firm enough to keep you from rolling into your spouse. The poly-cotton sheets are as thin as tissue paper and the comforter is more like a stiff mattress pad. Very low water pressure in the shower. Bring your own food unless you are OK having breakfast down the block at Denny's as there is no breakfast - free or otherwise - and breakfast options inside Disneyland are limited. We had planned to be at Disneyland most of the time, not st th hotel, so we didn't need to have resort-level digs with all the amenities. But it was not fun coming back to this hotel after a day at the park and I would not stay here again despite its prime location.

Always an Amazing Place to stay and make memories.

Grand Legacy is a hotel that me and my family stay at usually around October as we love to celebrate the Halloween Season, for many years we have been pleased with this hotel for the convenience and cleanliness, the staff are always nice and welcoming especially a staff member by the name of Charles. We have always been treated so well and booking a room Is so easy through him. He goes above and beyond with customer service and makes sure we are completely satisfied with our stay. This April it was my daughter's 1st Birthday and I casually mentioned it over the phone when he was taking our reservation, when we arrived to our surprise the room was decorated with balloons and a gift bag for her!!! Wow, she was so happy and so were we. Thank you, Charles and the Grand Legacy for being so awesome! we will continue to stay here and make the best memories.

Smooth and Friendly Experience

You can't beat the location. The staff was lovely, Emily made checking in seamless. The rooms were clean and everything worked. The pool was a great amenity. Coffee in the mornings and infused water in the afternoon with delicious popcorn for the kids! Overall great stay, looking forward to be back soon
