Once again we had an amazing time, our home aways from home when visiting Disney! Beds are the comfiest, a/c unit is amazing, popcorn is delicious! The pool is our favorite perfect for the kids. Thank you Emily for always helping us and our family, always the best customer service from all staff. Cant wait to be back

Our stay was fine. I think some of the reviews we had read before arriving made us expect a lot more, so were initially disappointed at first. The room was basic but adequate. Clean but also felt like it needed a good scrub of scuff marks etc. Bathroom door was difficult to shut. Air conditioner was a real rattly noisy thing! One of the lamps didn’t work. Nothing really bad but just not what we expected. Staff were friendly and professional. Beds were comfy. Location of course was excellent!! Plenty of eating spots around eg Dennys, Tony Roma, McDonald’s etc. Probably would be a good idea tho to bring along snacks and drinks to keep in room. Would probably look elsewhere unless a great deal was offered.

When making a reservation Eufrocina was extremely helpful and professional. The service that was provided is why we continue to come back to the Grand Legacy. She was very detailed on our nightly rate and what to expect for our check-on ahead.

Was very clean and close to the park. The only problem we had is that the door handle would not work at times. Maintains came up but of course it worked. I would still have it looked at . Room 423

We had an awful first night and were really concerned that the week would be ruined by our hotel stay. We had drunk and loud neighbors that we could clearly hear from the connecting room door from 12am-2am. We knocked and yelled through the door to tell them to shut up and had to call main desk twice to tell them to call the room to be quiet. That group thankfully checked out the next day. Our room was a little loud next to the elevator (147) and people were always very loud while waiting for it. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location and the little stores. Easy to get on freeway to drive to Universal Studios and Legoland. Just beware of traffic on weekdays can make the drive 2-3 times as long
