Stands head and shoulders above the rest
Team T on Apr 08, 2025
Having stayed in many hotels and on Thai trip 3, The Hilton Garden stands head and shoulders above the rest. It is extremely clean, modern and has every facility you could wish for. The staff are the crea...m on top! Very happy, courteous and the room cleaners are top notch. Going above and beyond . It’s small enough to be warm and big enough to have everything. If you want good honest customer service and clean well organised stay then book it.
Good hotel with decent price
FengXueSG (Singapore, Singapore) on Apr 03, 2025
Stayed here for 7 nights, attending a conference in Anaheim. Everything during the stay met the expectation of a Hilton Garden Inn: room is spacious, bed is conformable, toilet and shower is pristine, room... clean every other day is on schedule. It is 15 mins pleasant walk to the Conference Center. Easy to get a Uber as well. There are plenty of restaurant options just a block south of the hotel. The price is very decent compared to other hotels that are closer to Disneyland.
Hockey team week long trip

Clean hotel with great convenience to Disney. Easily accessible to I5 and highway 22. We were there for a hockey trip. They treated us well with a small fee for having a conference room all week. I will sa...y we wish they had let us use the room later into the evening. We were being very quiet and not causing any disturbances but they were pretty adamant about us vacating even the room we were renting by 11pm every night. Keeping quiet is certainly an understandable requirement, but we were disappointed with the curfew on the rented room. Breakfast at the restaurant was pretty good and fairly reasonable on price. Drinks at the bar were highly priced. Pool is nice and the hot tub was available as well. The fitness room was more than adequate. My wife and daughter utilized the convenient shuttle to Disney one day as well. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel.
Fine if you do not rely on the ART bus

The pros: Reasonably sized room, more closet space than I’ve come to expect, relatively comfortable beds. The AC worked well. The elevators ran quickly. Check in and out was easy. Employee were polite. De...cent sized fridge for many water bottles. My experience was the hotel was relatively quiet. Neutral: Each bed came with 3 pillows rather than 4. I need at least 4 pillows myself, so this was not fun for me. As with most hotels, the towels were tiny. The shower curtain constantly billowed in to cling to you, resulting in water all over the floor. Very small shower. No daily maid service until specifically requested, so no luxury experience at all. Why I won’t stay here again: This is definitely a *me* thing. I have very limited mobility due to a medical condition out of my control, so I had to rent an electric scooter from a local vendor (not from Disneyland, as you can’t take those off property and can’t reserve them, and we wanted to take mid day breaks. Had I gotten a Disney scooter, I’d have to return it when I exited mid day, and they were always out of scooters when we returned in the later afternoon). This hotel does *not* have a shuttle. Instead, the hotel advises you take the public transportation option, the ART bus. The ART bus does accommodate scooters, but it is a production, and not every bus driver is nice about it. The worst part is, this hotel is on the ART line that only has a bus about every 1-2 hours (this was my experience and was shared among others also waiting for the same bus) . There’s no predictable schedule. You can follow the bus on the app, but I’ve seen the bus I’m waiting for disappear from the app! I contacted ART customer care about it to no resolution at all. This meant I lost hours and hours of park time waiting in the unshaded bus stop. If the bus came every 10-15 min, this would be a non-issue. The bus says it’s every half hour, but it is not. I waited well over 30 min for the bus almost every time. In addition, this bus stop is extremely popular, so don’t expect there will be room for you when the bus eventually comes! Riders were understandably frustrated, bus drivers were frustrated, the whole experience really took its toll. If you are planning on using the ART bus, whether you need a scooter or not, do not believe that the bus is there every 30 minutes. Do not believe there will be room on the bus. Meanwhile, there were dozens of ART buses running to the Toy Story parking lot. Moving only 2 of these buses to the other line would resolve this issue. Many riders said they reported the delays to ART, so ART knows there is an issue. This is reason enough to not stay at this hotel. Any money you save is lost with lost park hours. The hotel needs its own robust shuttle schedule.
No frills stay for a Hilton

We stayed here for the D23 convention. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the convention centre and around 20 minutes from the parks for us. There is a shuttle busy however you can purchase tickets f...or. The hotel has all the standard features you require and good sized rooms. If you want decent coffee in the morning you will have to walk elsewhere (we would go to Starbucks in a neighbour hotel). Also important to note they only service the rooms every second day. However in our case they only serviced it once in our week long stay, which would mean we would have to call and request basics like towels or toilet paper.
