Many things happened to us during our visit but one major thing that really bothered me was the fact that someone left a stuffed animal for my kids on our bed the second day of our stay, it wasn’t the first day as a “welcome” and it wasn’t even a Disney character, since the hotel is very close to the amusement park, you would think that a hotel would put at least a Disney character. So I asked concierge if they do thT and he said no, it was alarming to me because if they don’t do that’s as courtesy or as a service why the hell are they leaving things on my bed for my kids? When my husband talked to the manager she wasn’t surprised she just apologized and did a $50 dollar refund. Are you kidding me!!!!??? Surely this woman doesn’t have kids, she’s not a mom and is not concerned about family’s safety. With all trafficking that happens in the US this was very alarming to me and my husband.. we don’t know who went inside and it could have been anybody that has access to the rooms.. we dont know if this toy had a inside camera or what not. If you want to stay in Hilton hotels because of your points or you are a member just stay at homewood suites by Hilton, service is way better, ITS CLEAN, breakfast is included and have variety everyday, and it’s cheaper.
Good stay

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. It could not have been more convenient. Room was fine, nothing spectacular but was more than sufficient for my needs. Like every place in the Disney area, stuff is expensive. I nearly fell over when I ordered at Starbucks one morning ($11 for a breakfast sandwich?!). After that I ate at the restaurant for the rest of the time. Might as well get a proper meal for not much more and the coffee is actually good. Staff were great at the restaurant as well. I used my Hilton app to check in and out and unlock the elevator & room and it worked beautifully.
