From the moment we arrived at the hotel, everything was simply very acceptable and comfortable. The check-in process was quick, and the reception staff was friendly and attentive, always smiling and willin...g to help. The room was spotless: everything was very clean, with a fresh and welcoming atmosphere. The pillows were incredibly soft, making rest a true pleasure. Every night was an invitation to deep sleep. During our stay, we had the opportunity to try the restaurant's food, and it was delicious. The menu offered a good variety, and the dishes were well-served with excellent seasoning. The customer service at the restaurant was also excellent; always attentive to detail and very friendly. One of the hotel's greatest charms were the pools. Spacious, clean, and at a perfect temperature, ideal for both relaxing and having fun in the sun. In short, it was a hassle-free stay, where everything worked as expected, and every detail contributed to a very pleasant experience. Definitely a place worth returning to!

Great stay , loved the shower soaps , beds were a too firm for my liking but pillows were very soft . Starbucks line was very long . We spent time at the indoor pool which was nice since it was grey and cl...oudy out . We spoke with HGV agent Stephen Palalay he was very helpful in booking our next trip with Hilton .

Very clean, good service and kind staff. Convenient location for the conference and surrounding activities. Was a positive overall experience with very little hassle. Parking was easy which was important s...ince I needed to drive to a few other locations in the area.
