Bed was ok, shower was a bit complicated and didn’t use the bath due to the pull tab being stuck Liked having two sinks but bathroom door open out on wrong side to use easily, light switches were in odd spots Overall hotel hasn’t been updated and as it was a heat wave no a/c in hallways, No extras of any kind any(no coffee in lobby or breakfast) soap, shampoo and conditioner were bad enough that we bought something at cvs - noisy street and homeless people nearby too so that wasn’t so great. We used to stay here a lot when our kids were young but doubtful we would stay again although prices aren’t bad and close to cvs and 15 min walk to Disneyland and there is a fridge and microwave

The location is great and the family suites are perfect. We found the staff warm and welcoming! We enjoyed the pool during afternoon breaks from Disneyland. Would be nice if the rooms slowly got renovated with fresh paint and curtains. I would recommend this hotel for budget friendly families visiting Disneyland.

Cons: - First room was dirty (Cheetos on the pull out sofa bed, what looked like a pee stain on the comforter of the queen bed, hair on pillow cases that wasn't ours, white stains on the couch and bedskirt) -Pull out sofa was not made (I had to locate the sheets and make the bed.) -AC not working properly -Phone had no dial tone (had to use cell phones to call the front desk; maintenance came and "fixed" the phone but still crackling and unusable) -Hair dryer not working in second room -Missing sheer curtain in second room Pros: -Allowed to checkout at 1p instead of 11a -Moved rooms which was a pain after unpacking for our stay but the first room was not going to cut it. Overall, I would not recommend staying here.

This hotel is so incredible and not just because of the location (just 2 blocks from Disneyland) or the nice rooms. We went to Disney for my sons birthday and as we were checking in, we got to talking to the nice staff and we mentioned my sons bday to them when they asked if we have stayed with them before. We told them it was our first time there and they asked for my sons name and said “wish him a happy birthday from us ”. The next day after a long day at Disneyland, we came back to the room and it was filled with happy birthday balloons and birthday card for my boy. He was SO happy! It was the sweetest gesture and we will be back again and again because of the staff alone. They were all so wonderful. From the sweet lady that cleans the rooms, to the people that checked us in and mainly Alexa. Alexa, thank you for making my son’s birthday that much more special!

Alexa and Ulysses were exceptionally helpful. They were so kind and helpful with all of our needs. Everyone I interacted with on staff was wonderful actually. The rooms are dated but they are close to the park and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was breakfast so we just brought our items to eat since there was a mini fridge.
