This review is for the Westin Anaheim Club Level. As a Lifetime Platinum Elite member, I have been to my fair share of Club levels. Most are pretty average. However, the Westin Anaheim Club Level is one o...f the best. I want to give recognition to William, who always has a big smile on his face and gives you the warmest welcome. We have stayed at the Westin Anaheim at least 5 times over the past 2 years and William has gotten to know my family. He remembers our names, knows what we like, and always spends time talking to us. William goes above and beyond and he is one of the reasons why we keep returning to the Westin Anaheim. William will call our room to make sure we don't miss breakfast if he hasn't seen us at our normal time. Talk about amazing customer service. We hope the management team takes time to recognize William and understand how special he makes our stays at this hotel.

The Westin Anaheim Resort delivers on comfort, style, and location—but what really made my stay exceptional was Karen at the front desk. She welcomed me with warmth, handed me a bottle of water at check-i...n, and made the upgrade process feel like a genuine gesture, not a sales pitch. She went the extra mile to place me in a room right next to the concierge, complete with a gorgeous view, a spacious balcony, and easy access to everything on property. The room was pristine, the bed was every bit the Westin standard (slept like a rock), and the overall vibe of the hotel struck a perfect balance: upscale, but relaxed. It felt like a true retreat just steps from the chaos of the parks. Every staff member I encountered was courteous, but Karen set the tone—her attention to detail and kindness elevated the experience beyond expectations. Would absolutely stay here again—and if you can, ask for Karen. She’s the kind of first impression every hotel should hope to make.

We recently stayed at The Westin Anaheim Resort during a family trip to Disneyland, and it’s safe to say this will be our go-to hotel for all future visits. The location alone is worth it—just a short, eas...y walk to the parks—but it’s the overall experience that sets this property apart, especially when compared to the on-site Disney hotels. The Westin is beautifully modern, clean, and well-appointed, with amenities that elevate the stay without feeling overdone. One of the biggest highlights for us was the club lounge access. Located on the top floor, the lounge offers sweeping views of the Disneyland parks—including a direct line of sight to the fireworks each night. The lounge provides a generous breakfast selection each morning, refreshments and snacks throughout the day, and evening hors d’oeuvres that genuinely impressed. A special mention has to go to William, the club lounge host for many of our visits. He was warm, welcoming, and made each interaction feel personal. His kindness toward our family and attentiveness to the experience made the lounge feel like more than just an amenity—it was a destination in itself. Our room was spotless every day, with beds made, fresh towels stocked, and some thoughtful, family-friendly touches—like our kids’ stuffed animals arranged in creative displays. We were also greeted with an abundance of fresh fruit in the room, which was a welcome surprise. We opted for a park-view room and were not disappointed—it’s a splurge, but being able to watch the fireworks from the comfort of our room made it more than worthwhile. All in all, The Westin Anaheim delivers an exceptional experience—blending luxury, comfort, and thoughtful service in a way that truly enhances a Disneyland trip. Highly recommend, especially if you value convenience and elevated service without sacrificing space, calm, or comfort.

This is one of the best Marriott properties that I have stayed at. The club on 8th floor has a great breakfast and snacks at 4pm. The pool is great with good service at the bar. Also enjoyed the rooftop... lounge. Highly recommend

I just finished another stay at the Westin Anaheim and it is one of my favorite hotels for both business and personal travel. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and a treat at the end of a lon...g day. We are huge fans of the onsite restaurants Puesto and Rise Rooftop, and the proximity to Disneyland can't be beat. The service is exceptional across the team, but a special shout out to William in the Westin Club. He remembers us every time we visit and is a pleasure to be around. It is clear that he loves what he does and he shares the joy with everyone that he interacts with. We cannot wait to return!
