The best beds and responsive staff! Everyone is so friendly. Great accommodation and location! The room service was delicious. We are heading to the roof top bar this evening! So much to do here in the hot...el.

One of the Best service and stay I had ! Robert was one of the amazing staff and welcoming person .. he made sure we had wonderful stay … the customer service is unmatched … loved my experience would surel...y visit again ! Highly recommend this place :)

This is a beautiful and comfortable property. From the moment of check in, we were treated so respectfully and politely by Cyrus. The property is clean, spacious and beautifully appointed. The staff are at...tentive and polite. This hotel is well staffed. The food is excellent and there was great music at the roof top lounge on Friday evening. Rooms are spacious with lovely decor.

The Westin is a wonderful pick for a comfortable stay near Disneyland. Our trip was focused on visiting the park, but we wanted a place to really relax while still being near to the gates. What better way ...to do that than staying somewhere with a view of California Adventure! The Deluxe Studio room was exactly what we wanted. We had a king bed, a couch, and lots of room to enjoy the views of the park and fireworks in the evening. The bathroom was also a highlight. Our room had a large tub that made soaking after a day at the park easy. I also liked the lighting setup. Being able to control every light from the bed was so nice. For a Disneyland trip, the walk itself wasn't the closest compared to other options in the area, at about 20 minutes to get to the main gate. But the walk was along a quieter street, lines at security to Downtown Disney were very manageable, and we were able to get to the park easily at opening every day. I didn't have much time to explore the full suite of amenities. Tangerine restaurant did make for a convenient early Breakfast spot. The pool and whirlpool were also a nice spot, but I didn't spend much time there as our trip was a bit cold. If I was planning another trip to Anaheim I'd definitely look for a room here first.

My recent experience at the Westin Anaheim Resort was absolutely phenomenal! I travel to this particular hotel quite frequently for work, and the staff is always extremely accommodating, professional, and ...take great care of both me and all of my colleagues! During my visit last month, I had the pleasure of working with three phenomenal representatives by the names of Sarah, Karen and Soomin. These ladies took excellent care of me and ensured that my visit was incredible from start to finish. I accidentally got locked out of my room while putting my breakfast tray outside of my door. I didn’t have a thing on me at the time and unfortunately, that also included my shoes, lol. I had to walk barefoot to the front desk to see if they were willing to give me another key. Not only did all three ladies remember my name and room information, but they also provided me with some slippers so that I didn’t have to walk back to my room barefoot - talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND!! This personalized level of service doesn’t happen at most hotels, but I can’t say enough about how comfortable and secure they made me feel. Thank you for taking such great care of me, ladies and I will be back soon. To anyone reading this review, I highly recommend this property as I travel very frequently and believe in the power of an unmatched customer experience - you can’t go wrong here and will be extremely satisfied with your stay!
