We are actively staying at the Westin Anaheim currently, and this is our…8th visit. At least. I think it might be more at this point. And I’m compelled to write my review as I sit here at breakfast because of the spectacular service that William is giving— not only to me but to everyone here. When I walked in, he was helping a mother’s child so that she can gather her breakfast— with her hands full. I’ve seen him in this short span of time rush over to open the door for a grandmother and her family, and greet multiple others by name. Kudos to William for starting off our mornings so wonderfully. The room is clean and perfect as always. The bedding is dangerous. It’s so comfortable that you don’t want to get up. The service upon check in late last night— as if we were her first guests of the day. What a lovely front desk agent. She even went out of her way to the valet to fetch us cold water. It’s always such a treat to be here. It’s ran with perfection. The leadership is to be commended and their people are even better!

The Westin Anaheim is hands down the best hotel in Anaheim, and the best Westin branded hotel ever. From the moment you pull into the front drive, are greeted at the front drive and check in at the front desk, the entire experience feels like luxury. Here are some highlights: - Very friendly staff that remembers your name - Amazing guest rooms with awesome views of Disney California Adventure - The most awesome Club with exceptional indoor/outdoor views of DCA - An awesome rooftop bar/restaurant called Rise - Ease of accessibility to the Disney parks and Anaheim Convention Center The entire Westin Anaheim team exudes customer service. It's even the small things - for example, the valet and front drive are staffed with multiple staff at all times, unlike another "luxury" hotel that only had one attendant at it. We also hosted a large group block at a this hotel, and the housing, services and sales team were top notch throughout the entire process. Host your event here, and you won't be disappointed. Plus, Rise is a perfect location for an evening reception. There's no where else to stay when you visit Anaheim.

Great experience with the family. My son loved looking at the Mickey statue on the way to the elevators. Room was a great space to unwind after our visits to the parks. Check in and out was quick and easy, and the family was surprised by the upkeep of our space. Would stay again.

If you want to stay in a luxurious resort and feel like the staff is your family, then this is the place you want to be. The service is amazing. The food is wonderful and the views are just out of this world. I took my granddaughter and we had a view of the roller coaster at Disneyland, and she just captivated watching it from our balcony.

The Westin Anaheim may be the new “Happiest Place” in town. The attention to detail from driving into the driveway to checking out, was absolutely magical. I wanted to celebrate my birthday in Anaheim this year and made arrangements with Ashley. I was definitely not ready for how special this entire property made me feel. I arrived and immediately off to a great start! The front of the hotel just screamed elegance. Nick gave me a warm welcome, handled my bags and vehicle seamlessly. I hate that I forgot the name of the gentleman at check in and the bellman from the Philippines, but needless to say they too were part of the magic. My room!!? Such an amazing surprise! The view, the bathroom, the pool and the bar and the guys at the bar, even all the amenities. Location, location, location! This is the spot to be. I really felt that THIS was my birthday. I wanted to come on here and mention how impressed I am with this property. Bravo!!!
