Shaeli was so welcoming and helpful when it came to finding the best room for my family. She bent over backwards to accommodate for my handicap relative. We got the best view, best room, and best service a...ll thanks to Shaeli and the team! Thank you Westin for making this a remarkable memory for us.

We stayed 3 nights. The room, 3076, was good-sized with two large, comfortable beds with plenty of storage and shelf/table space. The enclosed closet had easily removable hangars, a safe, and drawers. T...hough no view, the TV with both CNN and MSNBC worked flawlessly. No tub, but a generous sized shower but not the best water pressure. With three fast elevators on the east wing, we arrived at the ground floor near the Tangerine resto and in close proximity to the self-parking garage ($38/day). The staff is super nice and helpful. Across the street is Disneyland -- a 3 min walk. There's not a lot of restos and shops nearby unless you trek 15 min to S Harbor Blvd where you'll find Starbucks, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, and a 24/7 Seven Eleven. Access to all parts of Orange County is easily accessible at this point. The tariff is pretty stiff especially if you have several kids. Breakfast is about $20 per.

As always, my stay with The Westin in Anaheim never disappoints! Nick Price and his staff provide world class service. When I'm in Anaheim for business which is four weeks of the year the Westin is my choi...ce. I wanted to give a shout out to Julia who was leaving from her shift and stopped to ask what help I needed as I was waiting in line to get a parking key programmed. She went out of her way to assist, and I appreciated this as I know she was on her way out. Great customer service! Keep up the great work!

As a frequent traveler, I had a great experience at the Westin in Anaheim, CA. The lounge had an outstanding breakfast and a view of the Disneyland fireworks at night, but the true gem is William who greet...s everyone as they enter. He and the rest of the team do an outstanding job. The front desk staff was great and, in particular, Frank was able to assist me with some requests. This property is a great addition to the area. I would definitely stay again!

Our time at the Westin was excellent! The location is very convenient; we were a close drive to the beach and within a short walking distance to Downtown Disney. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortab...le. The staff members - registration to hospitality - were friendly and accommodating. But the most memorable for us was the eight floor Westin Club. While everyone there was personable, William was a standout! He was engaging, clearly knowledgeable about the area and helpful in guiding our exploration. He was efficient in his tasks and really went the extra mile in ensuring that we had a wonderful stay! Thanks.
