Hotel and restaurants average. The bar was the best outlet. Very nice and helpful staff and everyone was friendly.

Average experience at best. Only two restaurants and very expensive buffet only options for adults. $44++for breakfast and $56++ for dinner. Food was good quality, not great. Mara cafeteria was a mob scene..., slow, very little selection. Coffee was $5 a cup and nothing available in the lobby, you had to wade into the Mara mob scene just to buy a self serve cup for $5 ?? They had another restaurant across the hall that only served dinner, but getting reservations at these restaurants was practically impossible.

We saved up for a year and had a Savannah view at club level. Check-in was chaotic with no one at the front desk and no availability at Bell Services for luggage help. Club level was the worst with meager... choices and requests for items needing to be replenished ignored. Staff there were attentive primarily to a few guests they recognized. The view from the balcony and the architecture were wonderful. But we will not return here.
