Overview
Guests can relax as lush gardens, warm breezes and sunny skies beckon. Six brightly coloured “villages” – each named after a Caribbean island – capture the alluring ambiance of the tropics. The island playground features seven pools and pristine white-sand beaches on the shores of beautiful 45-acre Barefoot Bay.

We stayed in a little mermaid room in the Trinidad area of the resort. The room was lovely. We had 2 queen beds. One was a standard very comfortable Disney bed. The other was a bed that folded into a couch.... It was really lovely and handy to have a couch in the room. The bed was average though and not nearly as comfortable as your very comfortable Disney bed. The location of the room was excellent. Close to,the bus stop. Close to spyglass where you buy so,e snacks and refill your refillable cup. Like all Disney resorts I have stayed in it can be noisy early in the morning and late I. The evening with people heading to and from the parks. Trinidad is a great area also to walk to the skyliner. Only about a 5 minute walk away. It has its own quiet pool which we really enjoyed. We really enjoyed this Disney resort. The room was a comfortable size for 2 adults. Had 2 sinks. Would stay again my only reservation would be if you want 2 beds the Murphy bed is quite firm and not as comfortable as a normal al Disney bed especially if staying for a long time,e. We stayed for 16 nights.
Caribbean Beach

We have stayed at Disneys Caribbean Beach Resort multiple times through the years mainly due to the moderate price point. However the biggest reason we returned now was due to the access to the Skyliner. I...t is very nice to be able to dictate when you want to travel to Epcot or Hollywood without using the bus system. We stayed in the 5300 section of Aruba which was nice because it was close to the Skyliner but also gave easy access to the main building with the restaurant options and larger pool. The rooms themselves are no better than a motel and nothing fancy but we don’t spend much time in the rooms. We enjoy staying here and almost certainly will return at some point in the future.
