Loved it.... Had stayed at Port Orleans Riverside Christmas 12 months ago and that was fab but we have just rebooked to stay at Caribbean beach again. Yes its a big resort but its well designed so you are ...not a million miles from anywhere. Skyline to Epcot and Hollywood Studios is a major bonus. There were 4 of us in a 5th sleeper room. The kids are adult size and we didn't use the 5th bed. Nice size and there was nothing to whinge about. The resort is so nice and the staff were great. We are not high maintenance but when we asked for anything i.e. struggled with using the laundry machines, the staff went over and above. I highly recommend the resort.

This hotel was amazingly located with the skyline enabling you to easily get to Hollywood studios and Epcot. Also the buses that get you to magic kingdom and animal kingdom. We had 3 in the room. My son h...ad the pull out sofa bed and me and my husband had the double. Air con was great. Shower good pressure. My hairdryer didn’t work well because of the voltage difference from the UK. No wear really to hang clothes would be the only thing. We don’t use any of the facilities in the room as we literally only slept and showered here. But we would 100% stay here again.

Absolutely amazing, what a wonderful resort this is! We were greated on arrival like royalty , got our room in Martenique which was wonderful, very clean and cool air con worked great. Room was kept beauti...ful throughout our stay, the resort is beautiful, great skyliner and busses and also close to Riviera hotel, restaurant was lovely and characters visit. X4 days a week which was wonderful. Meghan who is the greater in reception was the new crest lady ever she was so lovely with our little Granddaughter , we can’t wait for 2027 to return.

A decent hotel but transport is horribly broken. Skyliner is not reliable enough to leave your park access to. The hotel is old but well kept. Food options are unsurprisingly bad. Service is mostly good. ... But our whole trip was spent waiting for busses to come get us from broken skyliner.

We have stayed in a few Disney resorts in Orlando, but would certainly not hesitate to return to The Caribbean beach resort. The main benefit has to be the skyliner, which was absolutely brilliant getting ...us to Disney studios ( 5 minutes) and Epcot, we were in Trinidad,which was about a 7 minute walk to the skyline, and just a minute walk from the bus to the other parks . We were pleasantly surprised to see our room was light and spacious, with two large windows, as we were on the corner of the block. Just a minute walk from Spyglass cafe and drinks station, and a pool, about 10 mins walk to Port Royale reception. We found the resort quiet and beautifully presented. Can't wait to return!
