Best Drury Inn Ever
Walkermama (Lexington) on May 07, 2025
The absolute BEST Drury Inn ever!! This one is huge and magical and comfortable and clean. I can't give it enough superlatives. Two large towers compromise the hotel. We had a one night stay and misse...d evening kick back but ordered from the kitchen downstairs. There is a bar/restaurant and a small store. We got individual pizzas and an appetizer. I will say the prices did not gouge you like they normally do in hotels. I was pleasantly surprised. You do have to go pick up your food but that is no big deal. You do have to pay to park but I'm sure that's because of location and it is gated. Front desk service was kind and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with a huge seating area and make your own Mickey waffles! I would absolutely definitely stay here again if we were in Orlando and wanted to be near Disney Springs. You can't go wrong with this Drury!
Great place to stay for short vacations. Dog and family friendly.

Great place to stay for short vacations. Family and dog friendly. Friendly staff and nice rooms. Small pool area which is ok if you’re focused on park visits only. Breakfast is complimentary and well prese...nted. Food was good with good selections. The afternoon food buffet is good for an afternoon snack or light and simple dinner. Check out time is nice at 11:00am. Beds are comfortable but sheets were scratchy. The pillows were uncomfortable but the bathroom towels were decent and absorbent. Will consider staying there again.
Spring break 2025

This was our vacation for spring break to visit Universal Studios. Even though this Drury was closer to Disney Resorts would 100% stay here again! (There is a Drury near Universal Studios) Rooms-- mediu...m sized for 4 people yet comfortable and clean. We have stayed in a Drury before so it was the standard room. We were on the 18th floor with a beautiful view and balcony. Great for the night time fireworks. Food- love the morning breakfast and the evening happy hours. Our first night we missed it and had the popcorn station which was delicious and they do it every night. Breakfast selection was great for the prices offered. Evening happy hour mixer was satisfying for our dinner as well. Amenities-- the pool was great! We came home from the parks to go to the pool every night. Big and expansive. Plenty of seats. Live music 2 out of the 5 nights we were there. Gym was good. Enough machines to continue your cardio routines. Staff-- they actually seemed happy to work there. No one rolling eyes or grimaces under fake smiles. When I go to Orlando again, will most definitely stay here! Enjoy!
A Few Tips About Disney Springs Drury Inn
Marty B (Stuart, Florida) on May 02, 2025
As a longtime advocate of not buying into timeshares, staying on Hotel Plaza Drive is what we have done for many years. For a number of our sojourns, we stayed at the Best Western, now the new Drury Inn. ...A multi-million-dollar facelift has made the old Best Western into a superb hotel worthy of staying near Disney Springs. We had our first experience recently with Drury Inn and came away indeed impressed. First, there are dedicated Drury busses to take you to all the parks. Unlike other Hotel Plaza establishments, these busses are free from having to make any reservations for. Drury has a good number of their own busses. Disney charges $30 to park at any one of their parks and this fact is a savings alone. Drury Inn located on Hotel Plaza Drive, just a ten-minute walk to Disney Springs, is quite inviting. One feels like walking into a sleek luxury hotel. The staff are quite friendly and informative. Going on-line securing your room is quite easy. Don’t forget to join their rewards program. Those points do add up and they don’t expire. There are a number of room choices. We like the rooms with the veranda. Some rooms face I-4 and Orlando, other rooms face Disney. Obviously, these rooms are more expensive. The elevators are fast. There is little wait time. There are plenty of carts to tote your stuff up to the room. There is a dedicated restaurant on the ground floor. There is even a dedicated arcade. The large salt water pool in inviting. Although, I do miss the waterfall at the Wyndham hotel. On the second floor is the buffet cafeteria for your breakfast and dinner. Yes, your price includes a wholesome breakfast and a tasty supper. We found the food to be above par. For a family, the food is a huge savings. Disney is expensive. We enjoyed the popcorn that is offered for free by the main entrance to the food hall. I thought the chicken/pork barbecue is better than most restaurants. For adults, each night you can get 3 cups of beer or wine with your meal. The rooms are large. We had two queen size beds and could easily move around. There is also a good size TV and a handy microwave. My wife thought the bathroom was more than adequate. In essence, these rooms are new. We did come across a gentleman who was upset about the noise. He was moving to another room. The only nose we heard was the occasional noise from the hallway—not bad though. As long-time visitors and passholders to Disney, we have already secured Drury reservations for Christmas. Moving away from Wyndham was a big step for me. My wife really enjoyed Drury Inn and I did too. If you found this review to be helpful in any way, please click “thumbs-up” icon to let me know.
