Everything about the Drury was excellent! The front desk staff were the best I've ever worked with, the hotel was clean and quiet, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the free breakfast (and dinner!) were also excellent (hot breakfast with tons of choices).

We were there on our 2 week honeymoon. Had a room with two queens and a balcony. Very nice modern rooms, more the standard we are used to from Scandinavia. We first had a room by the parking lot and road, but found it a bit noisy, but there were no problem switching to a room overlooking the pool. With the new room we could also se the drone show from Disney Springs and fireworks from Epcot and sometimes Hollywood studios. Little to no noise from rooms next to ours. The breakfast was ok. There were not a big selection, but it satisfied. Same with the kick-back. It was nice to have the oppurtunity to have a free meal in the evening, though it was not very good. It was ok. The line for the three free drinks were waaay to long, we only enjoyed the free alcoholic beverages 3 out of out 14 days because of the long lines. It was great to have the option to dine at a restaurant at the hotel or have pizzahut in the hotelroom when we did not like food at the kick-back or managed to get to the kick-back on time. Pool is very nice! It was nice to have the shallow end and the edge to lay in the water. It was also great to have the option to order drinks and food by the pool or by the bar. Amazing to borrow towels by the pool so you don’t have to bring your own. We used the laundry room, it was great to have the option to wash clothes. I would like to have a drying rack on the balcony to hang wet clothes and swimsuits. The free buses to the Disney park were great! It was especially nice that we sometimes got free small water bottles on the ride from the parks. It was nice to able to walk to Disney Springs, took only 15-20 minutes. It was a bit crowded in the pool at the end of the stay because of a conferance, could have been nice to know from Drurys website if there were any events going on at the hotel. It was a bit expensive to park at the hotel. Wished it was free, as many other hotels in the area are.

We love the Drury hotel, it’s one of our favourites to stay out when we go to Disney. We just spent seven days there and had a fantastic time apart from one night. At 2 o’clock in the morning the electricity in the whole hotel went out, including the air-conditioning, lights etc, and my husband has a CPAP machine that obviously stopped working, so he woke up choking in the middle of the night. Definitely not a good idea to do a fire /safety inspection/ whatever it was, in the middle of the night when people have O2 or machines they need to be able to sleep. Plus no AC in Florida which wasn’t comfortable. There was multiple guests at the front desk with the same problem that we had. It was out from 0200 until 0405.

Excellent value for money, great rooms, food and location. Rooms modern, with lovely bathrooms and good storage and facilities. Pool was great but could do with a kids club or kids slide/ play area for the bigger kids. Splash park was cold but seemed nice.

Very nice hotel. The place is clean and well run. The staff were very accommodating and the services added up to a very good value. It was in our estimation a better deal than the Disney hotels. As a guest at the Drury Disney Springs, you’re entitled to early entry to all Disney parks. The shuttle got us to the parks well before opening. We were the first on line at Disney Hollywood Studios. With a good complimentary breakfast buffet (scrambled eggs, sausage, fruit and a nice selection of breads and cereals) and the evening kickback (a variety of meat and vegetable choices) you can get by with just buying lunch at the parks. The kickback also includes three (count em) three complimentary adult beverages for every guest over the age of twenty one. The drinks were quite good. The rooms are clean and modern with all the amenities. The pool is large and well appointed. All in all this is a very good place to stay. All
