Absolutely Never Again

We came here in 2011 for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was amazing. Based off of that experience, my husband booked us to come back this June with some family members on the concierge level. It was a mess from the time we arrived. We stood in a long line to check in. Nobody had greeted us as they had in the past. There was some confusion as to payment , and the cast member announced to everyone in line how much money we owed even though my husband had tried to pay it ahead of time. they laughed it off and said yes our online system is difficult to navigate. The food at the concierge level was mediocre at best, - uncrustables, no water bottles. But what I am most annoyed about was the room Check policy that they have instituted in this hotel, they not only walked in on my son and daughter-in-law, but also myself and my daughter even though both times the door was shut with the do not disturb sign out front. We had gone to the parks earlier in the morning, came home when it started raining decided now would be the best time for a nap in the teeming down rain on vacation. The room had not been serviced from eight to one and while we took a nap with the do not disturb sign on. They knocked and came right in and just simply said visual room check , and when I confronted them, they just simply said it’s our policy to inspect every room every day it was embarrassing and potentially dangerous for my 19 year-old daughter if she was in the room by herself. This hotel has certainly lost all of its magic. I spent 10 days last summer at the swan and had a lovely time, I’ll be going back there again

A lovely hotel a lovely buffet for breakfast and lots of things for kids as well as adults staff are lovely and kind. Lots of activities to try. a lovely place to stay. The rooms are very clean and fun because they have a Disney speaker which sais messages from Disney characters we love it there.
