Great quick getaway for the entire family! Brought an infant and a 5 year old. Multiple pools, great F&B options, quick access to Epic Universal as well as transportation to other parks. The family was ...never bored. Absolutely loved Firoenzo!

We were there for our daughter's dance convention - quick check-in, clean/spacious room, easy to navigate hotel, good restaurants. My only criticism is there aren't enough chairs around the pool - people w...ere literally laying on the cement (including us).
