Absolutely wonderful place to stay

You really can't say enough about this hotel. Truly a marvelous and relaxing experience from start to finish. The valet attendants and front desk clerks were super friendly and chatty. The lobby and ele...vators were always spotless and clean. The room itself was immaculate. Couldn't find a speck of dirt or dust anywhere. The mattress and sheets were so comfy that I wanted to take a 3-hour nap LOL. The WiFi speeds were blazing at over 100 Mbps. Lots of premium movie channels available on the TV. However, there is so much to do at this hotel that you feel kinda dumb for just staying in the room. The grotto pool is so fun to relax in while that scorching hot Florida sun gives you a nice tan! I really enjoyed the strawberry and blueberry pancakes at the B-Line Diner. The only real downside to this hotel is that it gets really busy in the summer with all the conventions and tourists, so be aware of that.

I have one word for this hotel and that’s PERFECT! If you’re a gym rat like me and love to get a good workout in the morning before embarking in the days activities, this is definitely the place to do so. ...All other facilities equipment is clean and serviceable. Also, the convenience of the market downstairs in Tower one for those last minute pick me up we’re very helpful. From the time you arrive to the time that you leave customer service was top-tier. This is my third time staying at this hotel in particular and I will be back again!
