The resort was nice and the food was good. As for the room, I was expecting luxury given the price paid but it was standard. It could have been cleaner. The worst part was I bought something from the bakery in the deli and took it back to my room to snack on it for a few days. However the next morning I noticed bugs everywhere and when I opened the bag BUGS were crawling all over it. I called the front desk and they offered to change my room, and they sent someone to inspect the type of pest. I committed to a credit when offered however they never made good on it. They said they would contact the f and b team. However when I asked about it when dining they indicated a credit would be placed on my account. They indicated a credit would be given for the cost of the cookie. Geez thanks, they can keep their $5 credit and their bugs.

Bring your own pillows if you can as they were very flat, even when stacked, but staff were top notch! Always welcoming with smiles and ready to help wherever needed! Each morning put a smile on my face! Thank you to all who made the experience memorable!
