From Monday, July 29 through the end of September, the Everything POP Food Court will be under refurbishment. During this time, guests are requested to use mobile order in the My Disney Experience app to order food and drinks.
Guests should please be prepared to utilize alternate entrances to the food court. Dining room seating may be limited.

After purchasing a ticket, the guest should visit www.StartYourDisneyExperience.com to create a profile (if you do not already have a profile), and, using the confirmation number that WestJet Vacations will provide, link the ticket to the profile and then make park reservations.
Overview
Guests will be transported back in time to visit decades of the 20th century. From jukeboxes, bowling pins and 8 track tapes to laptops and cell phones, the memorabilia, crazes and catch phrases that defined the 1950s-1990s surround you at this resort. Each building is a larger than life time capsule of pop culture which will take them on a trip down memory lane.

Disappointed with poor rooms, amenities, food options and most importantly- management. I did bring a few serious issues with the managers on duty just to hear that they didn’t have authority to deal with anything. Watch out for the smoking areas that are plentiful on the property / how inappropriate to have it in such a close proximity to kids rooms! These rooms feel like motel 6.
Worms in Pop Century Rooms!

On three separate occasions during our stay we found worms in our "preferred" (60s) $300/night hotel room! Housekeeping only comes every other day, which I believe contributes to the issue. I also think housekeeping may be storing clean linens outside overnight. Just outside our room, we noticed trolleys with what looked like fresh linens for the next day - though, admittedly, it could have been dirty laundry, which isn’t much better. The worms may have entered in this "clean" laundry. Disney’s fundamental duty is to provide a clean, safe room, free of any pests. I've contacted Disney several times about this issue. When I asked for a Lightning Lane pass for my inconvenience, I was denied. I will not stay on Disney property again. The rooms are small, overpriced, and invested with vermin. You'll find better options offsite.
