Third stay at Universal Aventura Hotel. Check in smooth and efficient. Request granted for room on 12th floor with a Theme Park view. Ate at Urban pantry a few times, excellent choices for Breakfast and... Dinner at reasonable prices, although alcohol on the expensive side but it is an onsite hotel. Special mention to Edwin on the front desk and Ines and Brooke in Urban Pantry who made us feel so welcome. Looking forward to seeing you all again in October 2026.

A great, reasonably priced hotel Pros - Rooms clean and quiet, lovely quiet pool, amazing location for IOA, Studios and Volcano Bay. You can walk to Volcano Bay in under 5 minutes! The other parks are a ...15 minute walk, a boat ride from Sapphire falls across or a bus ride to city walk. I wouldn’t recommend the bus to the OG parks as it’s quicker to walk. We didn’t do Epic but there was a bus available for that too. Starbucks on site was great too! Staff were all super friendly and helpful! Cons - if I had to give any the food and drink on site is expensive! So bear that in mind as there’s not a Walmart/Walgreens within walking distance. Also, there was only one towel hook (random but it annoyed me haha) and we found the room a bit small compared to other hotels we’ve stayed in. Not a con for us but there’s not really any theming at this hotel, so it might not be the one for you if you want that for a family holiday. We were 2 adults no children so we picked this hotel based on it being a bit quieter. We didn’t get chance to enjoy it but there’s a rooftop bar that looked fab! Overall, we would stay here again tomorrow! Thank you Aventura!
