I was very impressed with this hotel. Everything was clean, using the tablet in the room was very easy and modern. Being able to stream your apps is cool. Staff was polite and courteous. The beds not being close was cool. I can't find anything negative to say.

Absolutely incredible hotel, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered, so friendly and make you feel so welcome! Massive shout out to Relay too who was just so iconic. The hotel is in an excellent location, and small enough so you don’t feel overwhelmed, after a long day at the parks it’s nice not to have a huge walk to your room. Talking of rooms, they were spotless too! We had such a great view of the parks too. All in all we loved our stay, and can’t wait to visit our beloved Orlando again in May 25, we will be staying at Hard Rock and Cabana bay (as a travel agent I’m on a mission to stay in all universal hotels) I just hope they live up to the standards of Aventura!

This review was a little late than never I stayed back in September. This is my third time I love this hotel the best thing about this hotel. It’s more adult friendly. It’s not catered so much to children and it’s perfect for any adults. Who want to just get away. don’t get me wrong. There are a few things that they have for kids there too, but not catered a lot like some of the other resorts. The food is amazing and a shout out to Yanely and Randy at the front desk. As I said before, this is my third time and Yanely remember me so this felt like my home away from home.

We stayed here between the 4th of Nov and the 14th. We had a pretty serious problem (nothing to do with the hotel) Brenda and Genesis helped so much and we can't thank them enough. Really loved the pool bar, also. Thanks everyone else we had a great time.

My wife and I consider the Universal Aventura Hotel as our "Home" resort when visiting the Universal theme parks in Orlando. We have never had a bad experience in the four years we have stayed there. The accommodations have always been clean and the staff have always been kind and courteous, going above and beyond what you would normally expect from staff members. That said, I would like to give a huge shout out and thank you to recption desk staff member, Yarely. She went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She was also the first one to ever suggest looking at the carpeting color when exiting the elevator to locate your guest room hallway instead of having to spin in a circle looking for hallway room numbers. We are thankful for the free style soda machines that provide unlimited water and ice.
