Great for families, but very dated!!

My parents own a timeshare here and come annually. It would be a great experience if Westgate invested money. We stayed in the newest bldg #6200, so expected newness BUT they just put the same old worn fur...niture in the new bldg. - very disappointing. Also, they did not add a pool so these hundreds of people will need to share the already crowded pool #14. Also there are limited supplies besides plates, glasses, silverware, and a few pots, so bring your supplies if you plan to cook meals This is not a terrible property, but definitely not luxurious. Good for large families and kid groups. Just know that before arriving if you are expecting a newly upgraded property.

20 years of going here as an owner this is the treatment you get. Security is rude called customer service and the agent laughed at us over the phone. Did not know where to check in as we were not told the...y were under renovations. Took us a 1/2 hour to find it. Then we talked to three other agents at the front desk you would think that they would follow up nope no response. Then on top of it all our room smelled mouldy and we went to use the dishwasher and it was full of mold. See pictures
