When you first arrive and walk into the hotel, it looks incredibly impressive. However, you are greeted with an odor in the lobby that resembles stale water or a former leak and is not easily ignorable. In fact, the odor was so noticeable that I did not want to eat in any of the restaurants in the hotel. Our room was ok but very very very dated. On the 2nd day, I found a roach crawling by the television. I alerted the front desk immediately and they said they would send someone but we left for dinner and I have no idea if someone came or not. The pool area is lovely and perfect for kids. The shuttle service to the Disney parks is great but not many shuttle times are offered for pick up and drop off. Would not stay here again!

The Resort had plenty of activities pools too lazy rivers. The resort was clean, staff was friendly, and very easy to get around the property. They offered to shuttle service and valet in the bellhops were exceptional.
