We typically stay at a Disney resort but decided to give the Wyndham a try based on positive reviews and the beautiful photos. While the pool areas and lazy rivers were truly spectacular and a highlight fo...r our family, the rest of the experience unfortunately fell short of expectations. Be aware of additional costs—there’s a $100 per day, per room incidental hold, plus a $45 daily resort fee per room. With two rooms over five nights, this resulted in over a $1,000 hold on our credit card at check-in, which was surprising and not well-communicated upfront. Our check-in experience was frustrating. When we arrived at the room, the scanning mechanism on the door was broken, which meant another trip back to the front desk and waiting for maintenance. Once inside, we found the bathroom toilet was dirty, corners of the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, and in the kids’ room, the towel hook was falling off and the drapes were ripped. The sink also had a very slow drain, causing water to pool during use. Housekeeping was inconsistent. On the third night, we received no housekeeping service at all. When we called the front desk the following morning, they sent up towels and washcloths, but it shouldn’t have required a call. To make matters worse, my personal washcloths and my daughter’s white Lululemon shorts were missing after housekeeping cleaned the room. When we inquired, we were told they had likely already been sent out with the linens to an external laundry service. There was also a persistent, odd smell that kept seeping into the rooms, and we were unable to determine the source. It detracted from our comfort throughout the stay. In summary, while the pools and water features are a major plus, the overall condition of the rooms, cleanliness, housekeeping inconsistencies, and extra fees made this stay disappointing. Sadly, we won’t be staying here again.

This is the perfect place to relax. You will want to spend your entire trip here. There is plenty to do for the entire family. The room was always cleaned timely. Even self parking was simple. I appreciate...d having a well stocked store downstairs and the Deep Blu restaurant was delicious! The views of the creek are beautiful.

This is an awesome resort. The rooms are very, very clean and the front desk as well as the customer service and valet parking employees are excellent very very friendly and accommodating.. The staff and ...food at that bar and Grill were excellent. No complaints. Pier unía & Genesis we’re excellent staff. They were very friendly. The food was excellent.

Genesis was an amazing server. We were on lunch and she was able to get us in and out in no time. We appreciated her prompt service and attention to detail when we ordered our food. We will definitely be b...ack.........................................

Huge resort located close to Disney area. Starbucks located near Main lobby. They also have a concierge service where you can purchase park tickets, etc. Checking in was not a good process. It was extremel...y slow with only one person and a long line. When she was asked to get help she said there was no one bc they were on break. Once I finally got my room it was beautifully appointed, spacious and clean. They have a tiny lazy river and we couldn’t enjoy because it was jam packed. Was disappointed because all of the pools were overcrowded and there was no adult only pool. They had yard games like connect 4 and bean bag too but they were all in disrepair or missing pieces. Service at the pool restaurant was good but drinks were weak. They have multiple restaurants on site. They also have a spa and a nice gym to work out. They also have barbecue grill areas that were available for useuse and many families were using them. Price point is on the higher end for a Wyndham and I’m sure it’s because of the proximity to Disney.
