It’s a great family place….well taken care of..staff always goes above and beyond. I’m an owner there and I have never had a negative experience. I will say however…the internet is beyond lousy…have complained about that several times….and still nothing has been done. Also…there should be more cabanas at the quiet pool…they go quickly and there’s not enough umbrellas for shade either. If you’re looking for a great family place that’s secure…you can’t go wrong here. The pools are great and it’s pretty close to anything you’d want to do in Orlando

An incredible stay with a bathroom and world pool bath. A nice distance from Disney world and Universal Studios, definitely a nice place to stay if you don’t want to spend the outrageous prices of the resorts at the parks than I recommend staying here. Three pools and one right next to everybody’s buildings. Even though I only went to one pool, it Was huge and had a fun slide and interactive children’s pirate ship. Even though we only had one bed and a pull it couch, my uncle was able to upgrade his hotel and got another 2 beds

Staying in Bella block, it could do with a refurb smells quite damp, it's so noisy, can hear toilets flushing on floor above us all the time and people walking about, cashless resort which I think is wrong because cash is king, tried to order drinks at pool side but credit card or room card only, would hate to see if wifi ever went down, staff ok with cash tips tho, pool really nice and lots of sun beds, grounds kept nice and tidy, front door left open all day after cleaner had been aswell.

Another great stay - well done Team Sheraton!! Requested in advance a top floor 2 bed in our favourite Keys area and upon check in we were pleased that we had been lucky…. Building 17 was to become our home for 7 nights - the views are only of the tree wooded area though however the unit was nice, fresh and modern as per previous stays hence we were happy…. The resort is well maintained and all areas are immaculate throughout. Quality of the lodging is very good, spacious and the unit has all you need. The housekeeping service is bi-daily instead of daily however it’s manageable. We had a great time here - only a few niggles that didn’t change our experience. Expensive to stay here via Marriott - we booked direct then found it £250 less on Virgin Holidays - point noted for next time ! Hard to fault or beat if you need a nice 2 bed modern unit close to everything.

We are Chairman’s club owners. Made reservation 6 months ago, requested to be placed in buildings 4,5,6,7,8,23 or 24. Top floor. 7 buildings! Also e mailed concierge numerous times, no reply. Placed in building 25 room 312. Horrible view from balcony, all you can see is a wall. Very disappointed in our room.
