The best resort in Orlando

We stayed in September for 30 nights in an 2 bed villa and it was the most perfect stay. The room was spotless, friendly staff, comfortable beds, huge property with heated pools, multiple gyms and so many daily activities. The resort is in the best location on international drive. It is so close to supermarkets, restaurants, Disney, sea world and universal. Timothy the hotel manager was so kind and helpful to us. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he is a brilliant manager. We can’t wait to return in December and for many years to come!

We are at this resort at the moment, we were supposed to be having 2 weeks at Sand Key on the Gulf but due to the hurricanes we had option of refund or change. We have been coming to Florida for 30 years and the thought of 2 weeks in Orlando was not appealling but my wife discovered this resort and it's wonderful. The staff are so friendly, pools, garden areas are beautifully kept and there are activities for all ages. But also quiet areas too. We are staying in a 2 bed apartment overlooking a small lake, the rooms are very clean, comfortable and well kitted out if you want to dine in. Its a 15 min car drive or 25/30 mins in bus to the Icon Park on I Drive and reasonable priced Ubers. The only thing I cannot fathom out is why they close the bar at 10pm when the pools are open to 11pm , as if it was a noise thing there is more noise from the pools than there is from the bar area, so people having a late park visit or park up the car after dining out looking for a night cap are disappointed, overall its 10 out of 10 from us.
