What a fabulous hotel . We’ve stayed here before but this was even better than the last time . Room 231 had a Mountain View and a great patio to have our early morning coffee . Breakfast was great with ...a wonderful selection as you’d expect of ES . I had toast with avocado and fresh tomatoes . Omelette and wonderful fresh eggs . Henry at breakfast and Isaih were so friendly . We stayed in for dinner one night and had fish & chips which was cooked just right although 5 small pieces of fish was far too much and we could have shared a meal .The Canadian server was so friendly . Great pool with lots of pool chairs and umbrellas . Stunning views . Fabulous area where you walk into old town La Quinta in the evening for a meal . Couple of small niggles . They give you breakfast tea bags in your room but no milk . When I enquired at reception I was told they don’t do milk and I should use coffee creamer !! Can’t say that to an English woman . ! So I asked Seymour at the bar and he gave me some . And there is no kitchen towel in the room so nothing to wipe the sides with when you make coffee .(They don’t do that either apparently ) So I used a face cloth from the bathroom instead Michael & Seymour at the bar were great . All in all a fab place and we will be back

Great place, spotlessly clean, fabulous breakfast, excellent staff could not ask for more. Customer laundry available which is useful, great pool area, located well to access anything not on site . The ou...tstanding take away from here are the staff and how clean this place was lovely and friendly and very quiet at night

Great location just across the street from Old Towne with all of it's shops/restaurants/events, plenty of parking, recently updated rooms (we had the spacious corner suite on the second floor), spacious an...d bright common area, on-site bar/restaurant, excellent complimentary breakfast and happy hour, nice pillows/comforter, quiet, friendly staff. What more could you ask for? We were very happy and will be back.

Great option in the Coachella Valley. If you want proximity to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, this hotel is great. The room was clean. The breakfast had a number of options. The staff was always helpful. ...It is a very short walk to a number of excellent food options. The exterior windows needed cleaning but otherwise the property was immaculate. The fitness center was appropriately equipped.

Our 11 night recent stay was simply amazing. Our room had a beautiful view of the pool and mountains. I want to recognize just some of the great staff who go above and beyond who made our stay wonderful: M...aria, Taryn, Veronica, Jazmin, Henry, Ire, Isaiah, Mike, Mirna, Yeslin, Mariana, and Myyonlanda - Really the ENTIRE STAFF! When we return next year, we wouldn't stay anywhere else. Thank you Embassy Suites La Quinta!
