From the moment we arrived we were greeted to a very clean and friendly hotel. Quick checkin and bonus, they had chargers for electric cars. We went to happy hour in the hotel where they had many snacks and a few drink options complimentary. Bartender was kind and worked very hard as he had no help. Our room was nice, clean and fresh looking. Probably one of the best Embassy Suites we have seen in a long time.

I booked a room for 7/12/24 and the AC in the room would not go below 79 degrees (see pictures for proof). The hotel didn't have an engineer on-site to change the thermostat manually. That is absolutely insane. It is 100+ degrees in the desert, the ice machine is broken, and the AC is locked. What kind of hotel business is this? I never want to stay at an Embassy Suites EVER again. My wife and I were so uncomfortably hot all night, and the room temperature rose to 81 degrees! The customer service and experience were absolutely abysmal. WARNING: PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. NOT WORTH YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

This is a wonderful property with excellent service. Management sent text messages ensuring everything was ok. The rooms were clean and updated. It is a great location with many restaurants in walking distance. I plan to stay here again on my next business trip.

Nice hotel with very good, included breakfast. Good location for visiting Palm Springs. We had trouble with the AC unit. Difficult to manage. Overheard someone being told not to get a room on the fourth floor as it is hot. Can walk across the street to a shopping area with restaurants. We had a nice Mexican dinner.

Horrible service! We were given a room which was not cleaned at all! All the shampoos and bathing soap bottles were empty and lots of women hair and dirty towels were laying around! At first we didn’t pay attention when we checked in because we dropped our staffs and went straight to the pool and after 4-6 hours when we came back to the room we started noticing! We found 15 toe nails and my nephew who is 7 months old almost died choking from one toe nail whilst crawling around! I called the front desk and nobody picked up and then I called the house keeping and they said they are short on stuff and they won’t be able to clean up the room! What kind of a hotel is that? And the next day I went to a front desk to talk about and they told me that the manager is not here and he or she would call and reach out to me, But its been almost 3 months and I have never gotten the call from anyone from the hotel! Been waiting patiently if they would do anything about it but apparently they couldn’t care less! If the manager of the hotel sees and reads this review please contact me! We stayed from March 28th to 29th!
