Motel 6 is way better than this hotel

We are staying here for a conference. This is perhaps the worst hotel I have ever stayed. AC in our room makes big noise which feels like you are under a power line. We asked to switch the room which they kindly did, however we encountered same issues again! They brought engineers to our room 3 times! One of which they completely deactivated compressor. They were not able to fix the issue. They had no other equivalent room available so we asked for a discount. Somehow a manager only gave us a room discount for 1 night for a booking for 2 nights. Also an empty body soup bottle and murky tap water. Hotel is super dated, pool and a restaurant so not attractive with terribly music, Stay away from this hotel. There are so many charming boutique hotels in PS.
Disappointed

I just stayed at this hotel for business. I have stayed here before and loved it. I have to say I am disappointed. How does a hotel this size not have valet, or luggage service (they have luggage racks that GUESTS can use on their own)?? Even when the front desk could see I have mobility issues I had to ASK them for assistance instead of them offering. There are little tiny bugs all over the bathroom sink. The water when it comes out of the sink is WHITE (see photo). They said they would send an engineer/plumber and they never did. Also, how is there no eggs on the in-room dining menu when the actual hotel website shows a picture of eggs and sausage under in-room dining? They serve 4 menu items one of them being french toast WHICH TAKES EGGS TO MAKE. The 4th floor ice machine was not working and there isn't even one on the 3rd floor. I shouldn't have to run all over the hotel looking for ice. UPDATE: they fixed it. Although the staff is very nice - I compliment them. Especially in the restaurant - Damon and Jeremy. Management should be doing better though because this is a 'resort'.
