I'm giving a big shout out to Gordon For his exceptional customer service. I arrived with my daughter and her three friends to celebrate her sweet 16th Birthday. He immediately went out of his way to accom...modate my requests followed up by a slice of cake for the birthday girl. Gordie had the staff singing happy birthday to my daughter and even gifted her with a present. It was a joy to Watch him in action and have him help make our daughter's birthday extra special!! Thank you Gordon!!!

We really enjoyed our stay largely because the entire staff does a wonderful job taking care of guests. The moment we walked in we were warmly greeted by Justin at the front desk. He was able to accommodat...e an early checkin to our room (we were simply asking if he could hold our luggage until checkin) and took the time to chat with us and advise on how to make the most of our stay in the area. He introduced us to Gordie, the Concierge who is a true gem! Between talking to the two of them, we were already wishing we had more than a one night stay. After getting settled in our room we stopped by the Rocks (the lobby bar) to grab a quick drink and ended up staying for several hours because of Charlie the bartender. He created a custom drink for me that was delicious and we really enjoyed chatting with him. We ended coming back to Rocks late that evening after we walked downtown and enjoyed Gordie's recommendation for dinner. We will be back!

Great stay. We arrived early and were greeted by Clarissa at the front desk. Her friendly smile was so welcoming. Being a Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Member is special and although there was no availability ...for a room upgrade (due to sold out status) we were provided with breakfast vouchers, a small gift and water. Clarissa went out of her way to make us feel welcomed. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Housekeeping staff also special, and kind. We had a small plumbing issue in the room and the plumbing staff was also great. Hope to be back soon and look forward to being taken care of by Clarissa.

We stayed here two nights and hit warm weather. Overall, it is just a tired convention hotel. The rooms were clean, but very worn out. Also, the cloudy mineral loaded water in that area strips your skin dr...y. The pool loungers are in such bad shape that most of them looked like the fabric was going to tear if you even sat on them. Definitely all of the pool loungers need to be replaced at a minimum. The breakfast service was solid and the buffet was solid.
