Good vacation experience

The service, main restaurant, shower pressure and the grounds were all a 10/10. The beds are comfortable and the noise level was quiet when in the room (we stayed in building 8). The room and bathroom are... very dated; if you can get past that, it's a wonderful place to stay with your kids. Whatever they are doing to keep their people happy they need to keep doing, because the service was excellent.
Will not return.

High rate time of $800 a night. $300 a night is about what this hotel is worth. Differed maintenance make it feel run down a bit. Four Season cost for a motel experience. Pool was good. Both my kids came a...way with full body rash. Not sure why. Maybe chemicals in the pool but can’t be sure. DO NOT USE THE ARCADE. TOTAL RIP OFF. $25 got my kids 4 plays each. So over $3 per game some of which lasted under 10 seconds. Got less that 15 min of play time for $25
Go there!

This hotel is great for an extended stay. There's so much to take advantage of on the grounds. We went to Palm Springs to attend Indian Wells. The bus service to the tournament was excellent. They kept t...o the schedule to the minute. We used concierge services to add to our trip. Friendly and helpful. We will recommend this hotel.
Plan Ahead! Splash before Check-In

We are a family of 5. My children range in age between 4-11. I was so Excited to have luxurious accommodations while having so many fun water activities for the kids. The hotel is nice and well manicured. ...I was hugely disappointed however, when we arrived at check-in (4pm) to find out the lazy river, beach, water slides, and splash pad closed at 5pm. The restaurant at the pool closed at 4pm (check-in). Once they closed, the hot tub overflowed with people and the music ceased by the pool and no Longer had a fun beachy vibe. Outside of this, the rooms were well appointed and we Slept well. Prices were moderate to moderately-high for the limited activities after check in.
Pretty but you are paying to be on a golf course

If you are staying to actually use the resort, it might be worth it. We were in town for the Indian Wells tennis tournament and, except for an expensive lunch, only slept at the property. Room was spacious... and the shower pressure was excellent. Not sure who runs the shuttle buses to the tennis grounds, but they really needed to increase frequency at the beginning and end of the day.
