Beautiful hotel, great service. Worst food I’ve ever had at a 5-star hotel. Rooms are a very good size, but if you stay in the main hotel the walls are paper thin. The remodel is gorgeous and the setting i...s exquisite, but the food is really below average and it’s hard to imagine how or why considering the prices.

We had a family trip over the weekend and visited the Biltmore Arizona property for the first time. From the moment we checked in, Chase at the front desk went above and beyond in providing exceptional ser...vice. He was working throughout the weekend and made a point to check in with us every time he saw us, always asking if there was anything we needed.
