Top notch service at a top notch property

Our most recent stay at the Arizona Biltmore was fantastic (as always). From the moment we were greeted by valet, we were warmly welcomed by everyone we met. Jonel and Logan at the front desk are rockstars. Jonel helped us secure a wonderful room and both of them were there for us whenever we had any questions, or even just to cheerfully greet us whenever we walked by. Service on point! We opted to indulge a little in the Citrus Club. 1000% worth it. We met several fantastic team members in the club. Anthony, Danica, Jose, and Tracy were all amazing. They offered fantastic service, wonderful drink recommendations, and did everything they could to help make our time in the Citrus Club lounge (and the property overall) outstanding. We also enjoyed time at the main pool and waterslides. Grace was one of the servers and we can't thank her enough for being such a friendly, wonderful person. As always, AZB delivered and we can't wait to come back again!

My wife and I stayed in a Citrus Club Poolside King bedroom and the Citrus Cottage with patio fire. The King room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. The Cottage was good as well and we enjoyed having the extra space. The designer element throughout the Cottage was cool to look at. It's always better to have a place to lounge so the space was useful. Overall the rooms and grounds were A+. Loved the pools and the slides. Also there are more fun things to do onsite like capturing all the architectural elements of the buildings. Gerry and Vicky held pilates or yoga or meditatikn classes that was relaxing and fun. They are friendly and great teachers for all levels. The outstanding people at the Citrus lounge was the best part of my visit. Most of hours were spent on property and having the Citrus lounge team accommodating us was a fantastic experience. Sienna, Belle, Danika, and Anthony deserve almost the credit for making my stay outstanding.
