I have stayed at many Embassy Suites. They are known for the atrium architecture, excellent free breakfast and quality evening cocktails/snacks. This is not one of them. An old facility/hotel with aging st...ructures not well maintained and no atrium. Fixtures loose/missing, no kitchen available in any suites even with the upgraded one I booked, broken ice machines, bargain basement drinks/wines at happy hour ( Sutter Home wine) and just an overall low quality vibe that does not reflect the price paid for the room. I would never stay here again.

The suite was very comfortable and the food was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was one person at a time. The bed was good for sleeping. It was very nice to have a ref...rigerator for the water they provided and it was easy to make coffee with the pods and additives provided.

Terrible experience; hotel needs renovations badly; air conditioning does not work; toilets clog; rooms smell; pool area & location are good; buffet breakfast good. Staff was snarky except for Sylvie, she ...was amazing & helpful. We received a night credit but air conditioning would have been better, it was 90 degrees

Came here for a week for work trip. I would have picked another hotel. This place was old. AC didn’t work in conference rooms and many guests rooms. Room was hot, humid and smelled like mildew. Pools were ...decent. Snack selection during happy hour was bad. Cheez its, ritz crackers, chex mix and veggies. Must be on a budget. I’ve seen other embassy’s really out effort into happy hour, not this one. Bar area was too small. Breakfast was good, typical as it should be. Laundry was available. Gym in rear and was nice. The people that worked here were very nice and made the stay.

good service, the hotel could be updated. shower was below par and the heads need replacement. the elevators were no working and the distance to the back room is far from the lobby. the rest of the stay ...was otherwise great and i would stay here again regardless.
